I’m absolutely dead at the way Bach quietly mumbles “why would you call him Steve as well…” then the camera pans back to him a couple mins later and he still looks like the name choice has absolutely ruined his life
the absolute innocence that comes with Arthur's fear of a girl rolling on 'it' is incredible... and then it being swiftly followed up with Bach's "DEATH TO WOMEN" - couldn't think of a better podcast duo than you guys
Hi Bach and Arthur. When I saw you were going to discuss life after death, I think it is time for you guys to team up and do a Most Haunted style investigation. Two Arthurs, Bach and George on a ghost hunt. Now I will watch that.
@@cassidyireland8611 Halloween is a month away, I think this would be a great video for them. A podcast special. Maybe even get Yvette Fielding from Most Haunted to help?
Honestly, as a Dutchie, not many people bother learning our language, so we tend to brush off the importance of speaking it. Plus, we start learning English from a young age, and watching so many English-speaking shows and movies that aren’t dubbed (unlike in Germany) really helps. I see English more as a tool than a language, something that just makes communication easier when you're in foreign situations. Sometimes, I even catch myself starting conversations in English rather than Dutch, especially since I live in Amsterdam. I can see the importance of the language dying a tiny bit in this big city and it does makes me sad sometimes. The funny thing is, when you try speaking Dutch to a Dutch person, they’ll often switch to English to make it easier for you, like “Dutch isn’t that important, so why bother learning it?” But if you then give up trying to speak Dutch, they might turn around and tell you off for not using the language! Our directness can often be mistaken for rudeness, and that’s a big cultural difference for sure.
My sister in law legally died when she was 16 and she doesn’t remember anything from the time and while I’m happy she’s alive and fine I do wish she had an interesting insight into death 😂
ive been vegan for 11 years now, best decision I ever made, if you're thinking about it I highly recommend giving it a go for a week and figuring out what you're gonna struggle with/what you need to succeed. too many people jump in without planning their diets but its very possible to do well!
oh my god. i thought Arthur (Hill) looked really familiar and ive only just realised he’s the guy that would do the ‘pretending to be … at the dinner table’ 😂😂
I'm late to this episode as life has been getting in the way, but absolutely loved it as usual! ❤ Arthur, please let us know where your turtle shirt is from, it looks great :)
My lineage is ending with me and it makes me really sad knowing I’m gonna be alone as an elderly person and there’s gonna be nothing of me that remains and nobody who will remember me ☹️
OMG you do read all the comments! On Cosmic Skeptic, Alex's recent shared he's not vegan now because of practical reasons, and the vegans are not happy. Loved it as always - the quiz was so good!
i broke my ankle in morocco in front of french speaking people and i tried to ask for help cause i was on my own in the hotel and they didnt speak english, yr9 french betrayed me that day cause i had to army crawl to my parents room in front of them🙃🙃
You should see some of the ways they kill pigs... horrendous. That being said, as a vegetarian I appreciate that it's a spectrum - there's more to it than just eat meat or don't. Buying organic meat can reduce suffering (although there are problems with organic farming too)
The people saying there are better vegan/vegetarian alternatives to burgers, sausages, bacon and all meat I love are fookin' fat liars. I've tried all of those so called better alternatives and they're almost always crap in both taste and texture. So imho, NO there aren't any alternatives out there to satisfy me a bit.
When u guys were talking about meat etc. Arthur mentioned that “there’s no way we can humanely kill that many cows” and I assume he has the same opinion for most other mass produced meats like chicken pork lamb etc. as someone from the livestock world, living on a pig farm and having worked on a cattle farm for a year with many friends in all walks of the livestock life, there absolutely is “way” we kill that much beef. And in the most humane way we have at the moment. So when you’re talking about certain subjects at least educate yourselves first. U were saying it in another of your podcasts, that ppl make things up in their minds about topics they aren’t as knowledgeable on and they strongly believe it, this is exactly that. Learn before you speak
i NEED them to learn afrikaans. its very similar to dutch, well it did come from dutch. it would be so cool seeing them try to speak it or atleast talk about it.
1 like = 1 congratulations to Arthur for overcoming the jaundice!
My mum is very happy with this news 🎉
Guysss I love the podcast, keep it uppppp
Petition for Bach to be on next platform roulette
I don't think Arthur can mentally handle the chaos storm Bach would bring from platform to platform 😂
ur petition worked 😂

The difference between Arthur organising the podcast for Arthur and Bach organising the topics for the podcast with George is too funny ahaha
😂❤
My mum was genuinely concerned about Arthur having jaundice she’s gonna be so happy to see he’s recovered
Arthur H should record a bed time story, i'd pay for that. His voice is so soothing.
Giving in to the patreon peer pressure is the best thing I’ve ever done

sausages are the best alternatives, but you can just eat normal plants like rice + chickpeas
