Oh, Juna, you must've read my mind! I'll be launching my second Etsy shop in the next couple of days and I can really do with those tips. My first shop is not working at all, but I'll try another approach with the next one. Fingers crossed I'll finally have some success in POD! 🤞🏼😉
😮 second Etsy shop in few days!! HOW? Here, I am unable to start a single shop on Etsy !! Btw, how are you managing to start another Etsy shop. As I have learned, Etsy allows only one account on one ip address( internet connection). Correct if wrong.
Etsy has no problems with you having several shops, @@AnnkurKumar. In fact, you can have as many as you like, but you have to create a new account with a new email address for each. And you have to mention in each shop's "About" section that you run other shops too. Like, "I also have the shop [shop name] specialising in [topic]". 😉
Etsy has nothing against you running several shops, but each has to have its own account with its own email address and you have to state in each shop's "About" section that you run other shops too. Like "I also have the shop [shop name] specialising in [topic]". 😉
Hey Juna, love your FT YT videos and interviews!! Congrats! And Hey Emily! Starting to feel like I know you…been seeing you on all the big YT’ers giving interviews and info! Hope this helps with your new journey with Gokd City Ventures coaching-next hope we see you doing a POD channel (hint, hint) 😉😉
Juna you and Ryan Hogue showed us a while back how to sell shirts on places like Etsy. Have you ever had any returns on your Etsy shop or your own website and how did you handle it. I was wondering would that cause the seller to be stuck with the merchandise and yet still pay for it because you payed for the items out of your pocket to be printed first. Do you have to go to the post office to pick the returns up or something else?
Very nice and interesting interview! Thank you, Juna! I'm interested in starting a store and selling posters made through AI on Etsy. I have a little experience with Etsy (I tried to open a shop 3-4 years ago selling mugs as a start) but I never made a sale. In fact, I have a small gap regarding how payments from customers are collected to pay the Printify cost of the product and the shipping. I'm explaining myself: during 2015-2018 I was a successful seller on Ebay doing dropshipping. I listed many products, and buyers made a buy from me, the money from these sales was collected through Paypal and then I purchased the items from major online stores like Amazon, Walmart, and Target paying with Paypal too. The stores sent the items to the customers. At the end of the day, my Paypal had the difference between the sale price and the buying price, my revenue. On Etsy, how this is working? When I make a sale, Etsy collects the money. How can I use them to pay Printify for this sale? It's somewhat automated by the printing provider? Where I can find this piece of information? It's critical for me, because I'm a "low-risk" guy and I don't like "bad surpises" when I'm starting a new bussiness. Any help will be very appreciated! :)

I actually haven't done one in a while but Printufl and Printify are pretty helpful with returns if was something that was their fault.
