I used to own one of these. Mine was purple and a manual, I took it to Croydon Autosports and got it back with about 750 at the wheels, anyway I drive it every day for about a Month then it got stolen, the thieves could drive a manual so they burnt it down. It was probably the best car I ever owned.
Great car. Totally streetable. Yet incredibly quick

2:53 That Supra is pretty quick. Doesn't even get on boost for a couple of seconds then backs off early and brakes to the line for a flat 10 at 130.

@@randomdude4669 im not upset haha i got a barra and cbr1k. 100% the bikes slower from a standing start.. but rolling in 2nd is another story.
It also takes skill to get 240hp to the ground with a contact patch the size of a 20cent coin, just because u see a car beat a bike doesnt mean the bikes slow.. its the rider

When these cars reach times under the 10 seconds mark they don’t need a parachute 🪂 to stop them ?
Used to own one with 400kw, biggest problem is that they couldn't put the power down unless it was on drag radials.
1.4 that is a ridiculous 60" time impressive 👌

Are these gentleman doing anything with the ZF in the tune or shifting to keep it consistent at the track? My old man has a +1000hp BF F6 with a built ZF but it has been a lot trickier to get consistent than say a th400 car, some say launch in 2nd, sometimes heat is an issue etc. I would love to know what these boys are doing cos its working great!
Would be useful to go back to listing stuff (turbo, trans etc) at the start of the video like you used to on older vids. Understand some owners won't want to give too many details but gives people an idea of what is needed if they want something similar (obviously being a Barra this only cost 2k to build 😜)
