As a person who moved to another country at the same age as Nina Dobrev did...I can tell you that I feel like I belong to both countries, because I have been influenced by both just like I am sure Nina has. People in the same situation as us shouldn't be forced to choose between the two or be categorized by others to belong to just one country. So please, refrain from saying where Nina belongs and what she feels the most like, because only Nina can answer that.

I am not saying she isn't influenced by both to some degree, but say she averages three weeks a year in Bulgaria, then she spends 95% of her time in Canada. Of course Canada is going to be the main influence, as is your adopted country, whether you are aware of it or not.

Sure she spends 95% of her time in Canada, but her parents are Bulgarians that have chosen to teach her the language so obviously they don't want her to forget her roots and be 100% Canadian either. To me she is 50/50, both Canadian and Bulgarian, a Canadian Bulgarian if you like.
