Robb’s Thursday Morning Beach Report for North Naples, Florida (05/23/24)

Vanderbilt Beach was pretty quiet on this partly cloudy Thursday morning in North Naples, Florida. Expecting temperatures to warm up this afternoon, possibly reaching record-breaking highs. Robb was still seeing some red drift algae on the shore and in the water. The algae is not harmful or toxic, but when it washes up on our beaches, it can smell bad as it decomposes.
