if this storm is moving west, shouldn't there be a "Path Cone" projected out for the West?? not for the North. I don't really see a reason as to how or why the storm will turn North. The JetStream is too far north in GA. I mean who is to say that TX or AL isn't safe from this storm.

This hurricane is going to enter the Gulf of Mexico and move westward towards Louisiana Mississippi and Alabama. I said all along that it would not hit Florida as was forecast. Hurricanes do not make abrupt turns as was originally indicated by all weather people since this storm formed. And Hurricanes track the water,,,,I originally said it would skirt Cuba and remain actively over the water. And move into the Gulf and slow down for a day to two intensifying into another Category 5 Storm before making land fall in or around those three states I mentioned. I have lived on the Gulf Coast of Texas all my life and know Hurricanes pretty good. You do not have to be a rocket scientist to see where a hurricane will track. God creates these things not man. And He alone knows where He wants it to hit.....its called destination destruction and He will always confuse and make men wrong about their predictions. Florida was never this hurricanes destiny. It headed straight for the Gulf and is still about to enter it with a west north west movement until it turns north towards either Louisiana, Mississippi or Alabama. And these people were left out of the weather predictions and they will have to scramble to evacuate. They will not enjoy the five day notice that Florida had. Also this false weather prediction will cause many people to lose confidence in weather forecasters when another storm is headed to Florida and many will stay put instead of evacuating and they will be stranded and lots of lost of life will be apparent.
