u removed the seal about 3 - 4 times and lost a lot of heat, i wud think about 1 hour cooking time could have been saved, if you leave it sealed with dough for the first 3 hours.then after salt check and mix, another 2 hours sealed.

After having a natural oil in meet, there were no need to add some other oils.
You can add more natural fat at the inception to avoid unnatural oils.
Use pink Himalayan salt instead of refined salt.
More healthy and delicious one
Eat it with vegetables instead more carbs like rotti oar rice
Rest is good 👍
