A 3 course meal for Ten Dollars is a steal. Another place I will have to add to my list thanks to you. That menu has so many choices for only Ten Dollars so I might be going more than once.
Ive eaten there twice. First time was soicy ramen and some rype if mizzwrella stuffed pork. Honestly, it wasnt that good. Second time I had chicken katsu and pork katsu wuth curry. Those dishes were absolutely magnificent for the 9.99-$10.99 price point. My go to katsu olace now. Also they has the best tasting spam misubi ive ever eaten. Flavored right, with a nice smoke flavor added in.
As someone that has eaten pork katsu by Japanese and Korean restaurantors, there is a difference between the two. Korean restaurantors will use a meat mallet to think out and “enlarge” the meat. The Japanese restaurateurs prefer the pork to be as thick as possible. Even though this is a Japanese restaurant, it is a Korean restaurantor
I can say from eating at at least 10 katsu places in Vegas, matsus was actually the biggest and most tender by far. It is just as thick as all other katsu places, definitely is not thin when I had it. It's just big, giving it the look of being thin.
Wow, what a great deal, the portions are huge and look delicious!!😋😋My list is growing for restaurants to visit on my next visit Las Vegas!!! Looking forward to watching more videos from MATSU RAMEN & KATSU in the future!! 🙂 Enjoyed the video, thanks Danny!!
They will raise the prices once they get more business. The curry sauce looked very good! There’s a crab boil spot “Capt. Louie” on Bermuda Rd. where they have $20 whole 2 lb lobsters. I went and we got two! Delicious 🤤
Hello Danny. Oh WOW the food looks amazing. I am a supportive of "Mom & Pop" restaurants. Thank you again for taking the time to share your food adventures. Love your honest reviews. I love how you rate the rice. I have to admit I am a rice snob. I can't wait to try the restaurants you visited. I hope you continue to find hidden gems of restaurants of amazing places to eat.
The traditional katsu is a tenderized pork cutlet, panko-breaded, pan-fried, and served with a sauce. The German schnitzel, invented independently, is a tenderized pork cutlet, covered with bread crumbs, pan-fried, and served with a sauce. Just one of the coincidences of human cultures.
Catching up on your videos... this place looks awesome. Everything looks so good. Btw, I went to Kang's Kitchen in the Rio Hotel. I got to experience the servers cooking my meats for the first time. I'm used to having to cook my own meats when going to Korean BBQ in Hawaii. I was told I could cook it myself, but I let them do it since I never got to experience this before. The meats were awesome and the banchans were pretty good...no fish cake though.😢
Wow! That katsu dish is definitely awesome for the price. All that and it even comes with soup, salad and rice. Great value. I would definitely tip them generously and hope that they have lots of customers in the future. Now that you have discovered them their business will increase.
Oh wow that looks so good. I love a good tonkatsu and for only $10, that is a really good deal. I definitely need to try this place out next time I'm in that area. Also I do love supporting small mom and pop places as much as possible.
Hi Danny the Medic. Related to your suggestion to mention your videos to the staff/restaurant owner and why I am eating here, I went to LaLa Noodles and asked for chef AJ. He knew you immediately, and remembered the interview with him at Churches Fried Chicken. He was so nice, asked if we wanted him to make something special not on the menu, and informed our waiter to elevate the service level provided. Hence, helps your channel and for the viewer and better dining experience. Thank you.
Terrific quality restaurant meal prepared professionally with care for the price of McDonald’s! What a find, Danny. Yes, it pays to read the local Chinese newspaper. I wish the restaurant much success.
I only show videos of restaurants where I enjoy the food. When I'm leaving, I hand them my card and tell them I'm going to give them a favorable review on TH-cam.
: ) WOW ! SCORE for sure ! OMG at the SIZE of of portion ! BARGAIN for $9.99 indeed ! ENJOY nad WELL DONE indeed ! Cheers and Yummmmmm ! Curry Katsu for me please : )
I was watching a video from all you can vegas . They went to a Italian Restaurant called Osteria Fiorella at the Red Rock Resort . I was wondering if you can make a Review for that Restaurant ?
I discovered the cornerstone steakhouse at the gold Coast From all you can Vegas channel We told them how we found it. My favorite steakhouse that does not break the bank Then discovered ping pang pong
DTM u have to know that the reason why they have low prices and there food is awesome because they want business and for people to come back 🎉 I think all places should think like them they understand with this inflation is crazy a lot of people need to think about you know why they're not getting enough business or anything like that is because the prices the food looks delicious I will definitely check it out and thank you !!! ❤❤❤❤
DTM there are also a LOT of annoying bloggers too... There was one guy who went to Palm's AYCE and filled his table with lobsters and proceeded to do gross things... The mgt said no more for you till you EAT ALL YOU TOOK... He ended up filming himself throwing the whole table away... AYCE changed their policy after that and RAISED their prices to like $90 and screwed EVERYBODY... so don't be too eager to try to force your "name" onto a bunch of restaurants around town... You could be banned just as easily... Keep it low key and friendly... re: 9.99, good for LV competition... seems like more of a lunch place... Limited Japanese menu, no fish/sushi... Hope they make it...

Rookie move on the takoyaki. Well made ones are always molten hot on the inside. And by the way, it's pronounced ton-koh-tsu ramen. Not the same as ton-kah-tsu ramen.
Your face when the katsu came out is priceless! HUGE!
Went here last week super delicious and inexpensive...thanks for making this video
Wow. DTM, this restaurant deserves a couple more review visits for you to show some of the other selections.
Looks great for $9.99 with water. Wonderful that you found this deal in the Chinese newspaper. Enjoy and keep the reviews coming! Thanks DTM 👍💯

I like it when you find a resto that you know you will return to.
Danny I think you will be back there 👌👍🥢🍜
Dtm this is an amazing find, gonna try it for sure
This looks like great value for money, here in Australia this meal would be around $30 - $40Au or $23 - $26USD
This is a reason to move to Vegas!
These prices can’t be beat… such a good deal.😮 I hope these prices can remain this low for awhile.

I wish them the best. I work near by and it has been a few different restaurants in the past.
DTM dominating Japanese food.
I went to La La noodle cause of Danny !
What is taco yaki?
Takoyaki is a fried dough ball with pieces of octopus in it. Usually served with mayo on it.
Restaurants should give you a cut when they mention your name. Danny the Medic sent me = $$$! It's a win-win for both 👍
nahhh thats a different thing
Matsu is a great place for poor hungry students
😅😅😅😅😅
Japanese or Korean, I’ll take it❤
Dan , would my portions by as large ,considering im not the famous you ? 😮
I wondered that myself, so in the video I asked!
Did you give a rating?
i thought i did
go back in 2 years : see IF its still there and if so, what the prices are !
that is FAR I wont remember!
👏👏👏 affordable 🤣🤣🤣👍😋👍
10 bucks🧐
A meal at KFC is almost 10 bucks. I would have the meal extra points for the low price...🙄🙄🙄🙄
I want to dance with danny
why your TV shows something in French?
never seen that before!
What is in the round balls
Octopus.
Looks Korean😂
Interchangeable to westerners. To Asians hell no.
