    Tom you handled the task very well. 🙄 Sorry about that. A lot smaller project than your earlier very large bowls. I’m assuming that the rather hefty chunk of bees wax is from doing those. 😁 Any way it’s good to see you getting to make more videos. Hope you and your continue to be safe and well. Cheers, Tom

      Thanks Tom, the handle pun made me laugh 😃 you are right the big block of bees wax I use to use for sealing larger bowls it's great as you can buff it up with a mop 😁 thanks for watching 👍

    I was looking for Steve Jones’s TH-cam channel, I was wondering if maybe you meant “woodturner 21” ?

    • @thewelshwoodman649
      @thewelshwoodman649  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes Woodturner 21 is Steve's channel, he's a very talented turner and a master of the skew chisel 😁

      @@thewelshwoodman649 Thanks for sharing your video. I have some handles to make on some similar primitive cleavers. Maybe now I will give it a try.

    What's happened to your poolewood

    • @thewelshwoodman649
      @thewelshwoodman649  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi David, I have the poolewood up for sale at the moment on Facebook market place. The opportunity came up upgrade to a vicmarc VL300, a lathe I have always fancied 🙂 the poolewood has payed for itself again and again over the years and a lot of hard work making things on it has allowed me to pay for the new lathe. Thanks for watching 👍

      @@thewelshwoodman649 I see, I am envious about the vicmarc they are great machines, the poolewood is a great workhorse bit like a pit pony, mine gets worked 3-4 hours daily & I'm glad I struggled to get it.
      Great to hear from you. Dave from davesbespokewoodshop
