Good option to Use a diesel for remove cement n tar particles, this is not harmful for car body colour....

Polish is used to remove scratches and correct the paint of the car , usually it's a step after compounding .
U will find many products stating polish and wax so I would suggest just stay away for time being as ur car is new
Polish removes little by little layer of clear coat which is present on your car in a long run .
Also compounding and polish is done once in a year depending on bad usage of car .
U can buy any carnuba wax be it liquid, or cream this should serve the purpose if applied 1s a month .
Yes any car Shampoo which is not PH neutral that will damage paint clear coat but this two are ph neutral don't worry
Un-professional comparison assumption is shown by their thickness. Thick soap liquid is not a proper liquid for car wash.

Actually this comment is quite unprofessional as because Your Thinking is totally wrong Shampoo Wash never gives that much smoothnees what you are telling about for smoothness you always have to use Clay Bar to completely Remove Contamination from paint though Shampoo wash also is a Decontamination Process but it can't do as the clay bar can and Who tells you thick shampoo is not proper, thick shampoo is infact good for foam cannon but always use with proper dilution ratio. I was making these video after a deep study

Waxpoll bohot zyada concentrate hai.not good for paint.3m is best.
Its totally safe if shampoo is concentrated then you only need to use small quantity but after mixing with water its works fine though 3M is also good
