- I ride the Yamaha R7 thanks to @KROWARIZONA and decide if it is a beginner bike or an intermediate bike?
let me know your thoughts! I've ridden one on track after riding a race prepped R6 and felt it was too soft for the track, but out here on the streets, weelllll just watch and see!

Yes this Bike does not have any Riding modes. I have a 2023 Yamaha R7, and it comes like that straight from the Factory brother. Its a good intermediate bike but not a Beginner. You need to understand the fundamentals of riding to really say that this bike can be a "Beginner bike"
That's kinda my point with thinking it's an intermediate bike more than a beginner. It just has more capabilities than an r3 or similar.
you're under arrest. 9:31
Ohh???
100% a beginner bike. Just as a Ninja 400 is. No matter what Yamaha Marketing calls the line. Ex. They have a SS lineup, which includes the R3. Only R3 owners and Yamaha Marketers consider the R3 and R7 a SS. Fact is, it is a learner bike. Maybe a Step up from an R3, CBR 250/300 or earlier Ninja 250/300. Nothing more.
Yup, I do think it is just a little faster than what a "beginner" bike might be. That said it's super easy to ride and very much can be something you'd get over a 400.
why a fact if it is subjective?
@@MiguelBorgesphotography 😀 nice that is very true!
What nonsense. Just going from the numbers you are saying it is a beginner bike, right ? So Ape RS660, Daytona 675, GSXr600, Ducati Monster 600 ... all beginner bikes by that same token, is what you are saying ?
Maybe you don't understand the potential of a 700cc torquey twin with fully adjustable suspension and matching brakes, do you ? 🙄🤷🏼♂️
lmao a twitchy 700cc as a beginner bike💀 give me a hit of what you’re on boyo, if you put an absolute beginner on an R7, they’ll lay ‘er down before you can say butitsonlyseventysomethingbhp.
learn on an R125 or maybe an R3, someone with zero experience sitting on an R7 will have a very bad time.
