The way Augustus’ knowledge in art history is actually accurate was a pleasant surprise and the cherry on top of this episode
Also his comment on Ian looking like Paul Rudd. It has changed my view of ian
@@sagegreeeeeeenhim saying that ian is the painting as to why paul rudd doesn't age like in oscar wilde's 'portrait of dorian gray' took me OUT
his art history skills also impressed me lol
Noah’s presentation for Mike Fitzpatrick was BRUTAL.
Noah using this opportunity to tell people about the horrors of microplastics is icon behavior. I'm here for it.
Classic Noah lmao
Fr tho, recently I’ve noticed him using his platform for more environmental awareness, and I’m loving it
yikes
he's trying to prevent a 2nd flood
@@krish_4872 how original
I just love that Olivia's dog for America's new mascot is half Australian.
and half Mexican
@@pubicxzirconia half of America used to be México
@@lenonel3286 you’re correct
the US is a nation of immigrants and their descendants, anyone who forgets that needs to crack open a history book; ppl coming over and then 2 generations later their descendants are trying to gatekeep >.
Multiculturalism!
Noah's solution has some Ian-level dystopia vibes.
“His child uses they/them pronouns, and he’s trying his best” ENDED me💀 14:47
Quick someone make Shayne the mastermind behind Noah's mascot so we get "I'm in your mom" merch!
😆
Love how invested and highly knowledgable Noah is in these kind of videos! He is just soooo amazing!
''I'm an American and as an American I have the right to say no.''
Noah Grossman 2023
"I will throw you over this set wall..." Augustus
All his analysis' and commentary were great but I can't tell if that was just Damien momentarily breaking character which makes it funnier.
The fact that he still said it in his Augustus voice made me laugh really hard 😂
Why do I get the feeling Ian has higher budgets than everyone else for these solutions
They actually pay out of pocket
That can’t be right not grizzy is a full time paid actor
@@getaloadofthisguy2927 What does grizzy mean? And what has that to do with Smosh?
@@darthvidar-spiller5343 watch the episode before you comment
@@darthvidar-spiller5343 it's literally in the video 😭
To be honest, as a European I COMPLETELY agree with Noah. There is such a breadth and range of people, culture, geography and history in the USA that it doesn't strike me as at all strange that many Americans don't have passports. For me, I can *see* my neighbouring countries from places in my hometown, and that means I travel further for new and different experiences. But I've been from Mount Monadnock in New Hampshire to the Grand Canyon, and if I had all that on my doorstep? I might not travel abroad as much either. The USA has real beauty in it!
For real
If they had healthcare and no guns, I'd be jealous
If you think most European countries don't have more culture than the entirety of the US, you need to get out more.
That’s true. On the other hand, the American settlers destroyed much of their cultural heritage and the cities are identical chess board-blueprints and the oldest buildings are from the 18th. century. So in terms of actual history, there are way more and older things to visit in Europe, just think of all the medieval castles or the temples in Italy and Greece. But you’re right, in terms of pure nature, as a US citizen I wouldn’t even want to travel anywhere else.
Yes but you also have to compare the sizes. For many European countries it only takes a few hours or even less to get into the next country while America is so large that it takes way longer to get out of there (except for when living near the border). It might be more accurate to compare in Europe traveling into another country with in the US traveling into another state. And the size also explains why there’s so much diversity. The larger the country the bigger the differences between different areas.
@@bolobolognese in NYC the streets are all straight; at a certain time of the year you can see the sun rise straight down the street
Noah and Keith supporting each other is so wholesome lol
Except when Keith needs help getting up from his seat
I just love how they play Blues Clues jazz music when Keith is reading his poem
starting a petition to get Keith to actually be America's new mascot
Get you someone that looks at you the way Ian looks at Augustus after making a war crime comment.
LMAO
Hard to explainbut I'm enjoying the presentation of this being a show, similar vibes to You Posted That?. While I do love the improv content, I think this can be proof that there should be more shows like this hosted by different cast members. Shoutout Ian!
ian has an odd style of hosting that i really enjoy
Damien's knowledge of art history and the development of it surprises me, but at the same time it doesn't, because Damien is just amazing.
keith, olivia and noah (and ian) this is bringing me back to old pit squad days
Oh my god, I just realized this was basically the meeting of the most senior members
Shout out to the Smosh Crew who've had to clean up after the chaos of "Let's Do This..." you're the true heroes! ❤🤣
I just love this new Nickelodeon show and all its Starwipes and guitar riffs 🤣🫡
Why do you call this a Nickelodeon show? Does this show have the same format as shows on Nickelodeon?
@@darthvidar-spiller5343 yeah, kinda has that vibe ya know. The way the cast talks, the music and animations of transitions. They nailed it! 🤣
the starwhipes give me 70s game show
@@daisee12 That too. 🫡
😂
Augustus coming in with some deep cuts, wealth of trivia and knowledge, and cut throat criticisms. I'd expect nothing else from Augustus.
Angela, Chanse and Shayne for the next "Let's do this" please!
Yesssss!!!
youre just asking for chaos, which is ok :p
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS @SMOSH !
the chaos round, i like it
Damien's art criticism is on point
Keith's vibe in this video is perfect
Keith, Olivia and Noah, what a trio.
Noah at 10:47-10:50 talking about his old dog was so sweet! I think his current hair colour is my favourite that he's ever had! Also, Keith would be a great new USA mascot!!
"What would you do about Americans with dog allergies?" "Get over it, bitch" is probably the most accurate statement about America and American Healthcare in this video lmao
Seems like Keith is gradually turning into a self-fulfilled prophecy from when he dressed up as Lionel Richie for Rhett and Link's funeral
Keith nominating himself as mascot is a power move i'm here for
This is I think my most favourite thing Olivia has ever done on Smosh
So Ian decided to take Canada’s mascot and make it worst? 😂 great video as always guys 👌😁
I mean, what is America if not “worse Canada”?
@@EStramel09 😂 Agreed! 🇨🇦
Ian thoroughly enjoying Noah's mascot because it's grounded heavily in a depressing fact.
Olivia holding her bat upside down in the background was EVERYTHING
In the spirit of "Another Bummer from Ian Hecox": Child labor is in fact legal in the US.
Just the recent development: Republicans in Iowa are moving to make work legal for 14- to 15-year-olds during school hours as part of "approved training programs", which includes an exemption of the employer from liability if the children, get sick, injured or merked.
The 4 oldest cast members (old in terms on how long they've been on Smosh) on Smosh in one video 😭😭😭
Augustus was the best part of the mystery challenge.
Ian is an amazing host
Ian talking about child labor coming back is a bit too real right now. Looking at you, Arkansas…
Florida allows for as young as 10 to work, with a parent's permission. So parents can literally force their kids to get a job at 10.
Lol you're gonna lose your shit when you find out who makes your iPhone....
I'm actually amazed at how good each presentation was.
I legit expected Keith to make himself the mascot lmao
Noah actually has a damn good swing
It's a crime that Shayne and Courtney haven't been together on an episode and that Spencer hasn't been on this show yet y'all 🥺
Everyone did great this time. Hilarious fixes. Augustus is such a great judge.
This is the best video on Smosh main channel so far.
Ian somehow predicted Arkansas repealing child labor laws
Every once in a while Olivia reminds you just how hilarious she can be.
She's always great for a laugh but her comments in this episode were hilarious
“It ain’t gonna happen tho” 😂😂😂 but I TOTALLE AGREE with this!!! 😂😂😂
For me as an Austrian woman the surprise challenge was the most american thing I've seen.😂
Who asked about your nationality?
@@Void_Warswhy you pressed
Really enjoyed this episode. The second Augustus came onto the set I spat out my tea. 👏👏👏 Well done guys
I was hoping Damien would appear. Didn't expect him to appear as Augustus but it was great.
hope they make one where the task is: “how to be a super secret admirer” (so basically how to hide you admire someone or how to admire someone from afar without being creepy ) lol
Patrick’s cackle in the background makes me so happy 😂
Who tf is Patrick haha and why do u know what his laugh sounds like
@@soconfused3616he’s one of the crew members who’s been in multiple try not to laugh videos
Keith out here showing up with homework he did on the drive into work.
can’t wait for the Michael Fitzpatrick the Microplastic merch that’s gonna be on the smosh store tomorrow morning
Olivia is a fricken hilarious genius and if anyone disagrees can FIGHT ME!!! In the comments not in real life!
Noah’s constant support for Keith is so cute
Gotta hand the win to Noah and his micro plastic but everyone had such good ideas 🤣🤣🤣 the video was really good!!!
There's nothing more gringo than wasting food. 10/10.
"I will throw you over this set wall" 😂😂😂
Speaking as a Canadian, if you go with Ian's beaver there will absolutely be a war.
Absolutely agreed! Leave our national symbol alone! They're our little BAMFs!! 🇨🇦😠😤
But please keep doing all that awesome environment & eco-development beaver research! Where you reintroduce beavers to (heavily studied) areas and these little engineering _BAMFs_ completely restructure the local environment and bring water and life back to the area.
Beavers love science, keep studying that! 😁
I love the low key relaxed tone while they are discussing the problem and presenting the solutions
Keith's bit was great. His slogan killed me.
Having a hard time focusing when beauty itself Keith Leak Jr. Is sitting right there.
I can't believe you guys got Tyler Ninja Blevins for this episode
wasting food is the ultimate American experience
Another fantastic episode! Everyone had such fun yet unique solutions and this is such a classic dynamic. Also loved all of the art critiques.
Ian trying to steal Canada's national animal. So American. lol
I love the way this series has big school project energy. Hilarious!
This was so fun! Noah absolutely kills it every time, this was his best solution yet! Olivia did a good job too, had fun overall with this episode!
THIS one could not have been better casted.
Augustus is a treasure whenever he shows up. Though coming in eating up a beat-up pie in his hand would have been a selling point.
I love all the mascots 😂they're all so true in their own ways
I freaking love this format please keep it coming
Keith’s poem was actually awesome
Not the Beaver 🦫 being the Canadian national animal! Hehe 😜
Why did I think they were meant to dip the bat into the food and paint with it like it’s a paintbrush lol
this was hilarious!!! I loved every solution and every reaction to them. everyone shot out one genius comment after another. I also loved the cast combo. fav episode of this series so far.
The fact that I can hear the pumpkin guy laughing behind the camera, it literally makes me laugh so much harder. His laugh is so genuinely adorable and contagious. My guy!
I have to correct Damien, starry night 🌃 does not come from Germany, VanGogh was Dutch.
A Dutchman painting in France, smh Damien
7:18 *"It ain't gonna happen though!"* 😭😭😭😭😭 incredible
Michael Fitzpatrick the Microplastic merch incoming
these fix it videos get me every time I truly love them
Bring Kimmy Back to Acting
This is my favorite Augustus appearance
Ian just being Ian is peak Ian
c'mon Noah that was a prime opportunity to call him "Michael Fitzplastic"
food waste is VERY american, this challenge was very accurate
Was that a Dorian Gray reference from Augustus? If so I love it
Michael Fitzpatrick the micro plastic is perfect. 10/10 no notes
keith noah and olivia are my fav smosh trio slay
Love the fact that the beaver is literally Canada’s emblem 🇨🇦😂
Re: child labor, Arkansas just rolled back laws preventing it. We really are falling apart.
Child labor "way back" in US history? Tell that to Arkansas!
And Georgia. And Iowa. And Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio and South Dakota....
Funniest bit of existential dread I've seen in awhile. Great job all around.
Me, walking on set: Has anyone seen my lunch? It's chili Mac n Cheese in a black container.
This is my favorite series on the smosh main channel
I love Keith so much. Man he is killing me 😂I wouldn't complain if if it was Noah, Keith, and Olivia everytime. All 3 so vastly different from one another, but funny af in their own ways.
Also, I love this series. You are doing great job Ian. This sh*t is hilarious, and super entertaining.
This is my new favorite series. Never thought something would overtake EIOYI, but here we are.
Ian using Canada’s national animal 😂 Seems pretty on point for America’s tendency to take things as their own LMAO
Keith is just straight up cute, no ugly at all. Keith is super stylish too ❤ I’m going to have to make myself a sweater like that.
