I don't mind alcohol so I think I'll try this with Chambord liquor. And I think flour could well be substituted with regular dutch cocoa powder, though it will intensify the cocoa flavor in the cake. But I think this is for dark chocolate friends anyways. Arigatoo gozaimas!

This looks a lot like what I know as “Pornokuchen”, which is German and translates to “porn cake”. Haven’t made it in a few year so I’m not sure. Edit: wait there’s wine in this. The one I know is without any wine. And this looks more fudge-ier. Maybe not exactly the same but super close.
You may not even need the white wine unless you want that fruity flavor. You can add other kinds of liquor like orange liquor for a citrusy flavor. Depending on the type of cocoa you’re using, it can make it more acidic. Cocoa is nauturally acidic but if you other kinds of cocoa that’s processed differently;Dutch Cocoa, it’s less acidic since it’s more of an alkaline.
