Giving my baby anthuriums a bit of TLC 🥰

- Nothing motivates me to do plant care more than small plants except I'm constantly feeling a bit conflicted about it because on one hand I want my plants to grow big and strong but on the other hand when they grow too big and too strong they stress me out 😆 I suppose it's just another one of those things about plant parenthood that makes no sense 🤷🏻♀️

The Bald and the Beautiful with Trexie and Katya. They’re both drag queens that were on Rupauls drag show competition, they literally talk about everything and they’re HILARIOUS! Definitely puts you in a good mood 😄
Right now my fave podcast is “cry havoc, ask questions later”. It’s a historical podcast, and the soundscaping is phenomenal, as well as the characters and the general plot. Definitely would recommend giving it a shot.

I ordered a bunch from northernplantroom , she threw in free berries so I have those with their first tiny leaves already a week and a half later, plus the seedlings I got ❤

I would love to see a video on how you care for seedlings - I purchased my first sprouted seedlings and I have no idea what I’m doing and worried they won’t make it 🥲 Btw you helped me save my anthurium collection! I switched from a coca coir mix b/c my anthuriums were all slowly declining, and since switching to tree fern fiber they are growing like crazy!
my tip for seedlings is a humidity dome or box. i typically let some traits start to show before taking it out of the dome

Love all the hybrids! I’m scared of overwatering my anthuriums. When would you fill the saucer up with water for the tree fern soil to absorb? 😅 It would really help!!

Be brave and cut your hair. I have over the past 5 years. Gone from nearly waist length to a shirt jaw length bob. I love it and you’re right it’s freeing to cut it.

These babies are not babies anymore 😂 I get that too whan I listen to rotten mango, sometimes it feels so heavy that I have to pause and listen to other podcats. I listen to ologies with Alie Ward, Unexplainable, and Today, explained if I want something just in the background and a science-y. I also love potted together cause it's like listening to your friends while they talk about planty stuff, but most of the time they just talk about their lives.

Great video. I love a sit and show 💚Anthurium Question.....Do you know if you give silver leaf anthuriums more or less light? I'm stumped because usually silver is an reflector for light but not for every plant and I've COMPLETELY confused myself 🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️🤷🏿♂️
I don’t have many silver leafed anthuriums but my sp silver that I would say is pretty silver is in low-ish light being shaded by plants from above! Not sure if that’s a what it technically wants though 😂 but it’s actively growing a silvery leaf at the moment
