I've been tuned into Jordan since my undergrad in 2017, and the call to adventure as he has presented it over the last 6 years has been the primer that pushed me to leave my contented but miserable life back home. Now I'm pursuing a PhD, I've stopped wasting all my time and energy on people that do nothing but make my life worse, and I truly search for spirituality and meaning in the things I do. It's a challenge, my biggest one ever. I struggle with depressive feelings and that brings me back to square one quite often, but even then I have to be grateful just for being where I am. Jordan is possibly the single biggest reason I've headed off on this awesome adventure, and I can never truly express my gratitude for that. Best of luck as always.

Wow. Good for you! Congrats on working on your Ph.D. and engaging in the all-important search for meaning that is probably the most important thing a person can do in this life. My son and his woke liberal friends try to discredit JBP with ridiculous claims that are so far from the truth. It's almost comical. They obviously get their news from whatever channel that confirms their biases. We're all friendly and enjoy a healthy debate. We all admit at the end that we all have our own biases. But I cannot understand how anyone cannot see how amazing Jordan Peterson is ❤

Everyone has filter bubbles also you and me. But left has the tightest one, comparatively right can mostly get left's position correctly, while left when asked about right's position describes a lot of strawmen, or even complete nonsense. They have walled themselves off from us.
I got triggered two weeks ago in a pub when some lefty started railing against JP. I've asked him what exactly JP said so wrong and he didn't know. He said "he's alt right guru, he writes bad takes on Twitter and he was raving about lobsters", never watched any of it. He wrote some hit piece and internalized "JP bad" without any comprehension. Oh and I'm Polish, pub is in Poland, this situation has spread from Anglosphere everywhere at least in our civilization.

Wow, the topics that you both touched on were vast. A takeaway that stuck with me-Jeremy speaking of living in rural Texas with basically nothing but open sky above him. Truly, that has shaped his imagination and propelled him to reach for his dreams. With some failings along the way to grow him. Also, sharing that God’s grace, and knowing that all we set our hearts and minds to achieve and share with others will only succeed when God’s hand is placed upon it.
    I am excited for Bentkey.
It is a most needed platform.
The other takeaway that stayed with me was Jeremy’s determination to produce programming that is acceptable for a 7 year old to watch. Not the evil that is creeping into children’s programming.
Dr. Peterson, I agree with you-Elijah, a most interesting man of God.
God’s continued blessings upon you both.

Wakened sheep are very strong. Hardened in cold weather, determined and persistent. It’s the wolves we need to avoid.
We have become accustomed to easy life and need to start sleeping on bricks. We took our eyes off the political landscape and the worldly experiments foisted on humankind.

OK, I'm sold on Bentkey! I was already a full DW annual member, so I signed up and watched one episode using the bentkey app on my laptop PC already. Here's some thing I think they have to fix on the website. I watched one episode of yeti in the bookstore and then nothing it stops. You have to make it go to the next episode automatically because people are gonna let their little kids sit there and watch and leave the room And do laundry or chores and they're not gonna want to come back every eight minutes to turn it back on and some kids are too small to figure out how to get to the next episode at least make it like the TH-cam switch, you can turn auto play on or off. I think you can set up a queue. We don't really need a Qeueue just have it let it go to the next episode or turn it off if you wanted to stop after every episode, and that should suffice make it go to the next episode of whatever series you're watching so they can binge watch for a half hour or whatever.

Norwegian media did not fail the narrative; mentioning Petersons’ visit in Stavanger - and how it attracted the “radical right”.
I tried to open a wee discussion with my father, over the phone, about the subject…but…he preferred to continue eating his pizza.
As a socialistic female Norwegian - I honestly wish I was able to attend. Jordan speaks the truth, even if I personally do not one hundred percent agree with the lot.
    Anyhow.
On the debate about wether something is political - or not - comes down to definition. And, that is by itself something that is too much relative for anyone to ever be able to define.
Meaning: Arguing about wether something is political or not - is a complete waste of time and energy…and will not bring anyone towards a true solution.

I love Dr. Peterson, Ben, and everyone at DW. But if I were blessed to be able to spend just ten minutes with any one of them, I think Jeremy would be that guy. His vision and humility are a true inspiration to me and the embodiment of the proper application of so many of the values we hear about and discuss on the DW platform daily. On Ben's Sunday Special, Jeremy recounted the story of the day they announced what would become Bentkey, and I was floored. They basically went from "maybe we should get into kid's content, someday" to "let's commit 100 million we don't actually have yet in a live announcement today without knowing anything about how we're going to pull it off," in the span of about ten hours. And then to see how gloriously the first form of the product has been realized is profoundly astounding.

Disney/Pixar and Dreamworks for a decade just get a studio competition, where they explore the same theme in different ways. I think Daily Wire doing that with Hollywood will be a golden dawn.

I recently re-watched a lavish version of WAR & PEACE (for the third time) a drama on British UK PLAY . I realised my enjoyment was multiplied enormously from watching it the first time. Why this was I don’t really know, but at the end I found myself sobbing like a baby, having fully understood the meaning and fullness of what Tolstoy was saying about human nature and how our lives play out as we interact with each other on a daily basis. Thank you both for this lovely conversation which enables us to get to know Jeremy better.I wish you well in your future endeavours. By the way EXODUS is fantastic , a true triumph.

If you haven't had a chance to see Dr.Peterson, please buy a ticket. If you purchase one earlier, they are dirt cheap. Ofcourse the 3rd party $ is way more. One of the Best experiences for so many reasons. I I spoke to a security person who said they had never heard of him before, and stated, "But even I got it". Thousands attend, but you can hear a pin drop, in and outside of the venue. He and his wife just reek of humility. ❤❤❤

I've noticed the best entertainment for kids is not made directly for kids: it's entertainment that's directed at kids, but has humor or sophistication that also appeals to adults (not talking about mature or graphic themes here). When you get too juvenile or immature with kids entertainment, you lose any constructive value in that entertainment. It may appeal to kid's sensibilities where they are at, but it doesn't help them grow.
Think of the cartoons or movies that you have nostalgia for, and try to remember the ones you may have forgot about. Then notice the differences on which stuck with you and which did not. The majority of the time, the deeper nostalgia and memories carry the more constructive and intrinsic meaning. Those themes and storytelling is what needs to be cultivated in media directed at kids today.

Batman the animated Series and the Justice League those shows had some of the most dark themes I can remember but they were so rich and pushed me as a kid. That time Batman sits on a swing with a girl waiting to die and showing this caring man who is in the mantle of a knight protecting his domain from absolute evil and dresses in a fashion to insight fear from that evil being so caring of a little girl minutes away from death was beautiful.

Walt Disney was my childhood hero. Sad to see what Disney company has become nowadays. Elon Musk once said he looks up to Walt Disney and Henry Ford as two most innovative businessmen. Disney use to be the simbol of open mindness and artisonship, somehow it turned into a propaganda machine.

Every time I hear Jordan Peterson speak, I become more awestruck by his brilliance. There hasn't been a single student, 'expert', journalist or show host who's tried to debate this guy that he hasn't eviscerated. That's because not a single one of these people has ever shown they possess even a fraction of a thimble-full of knowledge that he does.

I'm politically tired, so if there was a platform that just didn't try to push political messaging on my kids... I'd be very interested. Note that I don't want right-wing kids, I want kids who have now idea of the ugliness of politics until they are ~11-13 and we can introduce it gradually.

I think it's great to have some content created by people that respect me as a parent and aren't trying to put a wedge between me and my kids. That being said, my goal as a parent is to help them minimize the attention they give to those trying to steal it which is a lot of abstract stuff on screens. Their attention is precious and I hope to help them develop and grow toward those eternally upward goals in their first hand world.

Dr. Peterson, I admire your passion when you are talking about the Bible. I have yet to see an episode where you don't bring to people's attention the benefits of the bible stories. Jesus said: "In the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks." I often wonder how conscious you are of it. I figured you could have used other stories to bring your point across.
Prophet Jeremiah had reached a point where he no longer wanted to speak of him, but he said: " his word was in my heart like a burning fire deep in my bones... he had to speak".

A really smart move would be to not only champion traditional gender roles, but to also include good stories focusing on traditional values but applied to healthy variation within the sexes. Show the range of what is normal and healthy within each sex, eg tomboys - a perfectly functional kind of FEMALE. Boys who aren't into sport. Still a perfectly acceptable kind of MALE. These may fall outside of what is typical for each gender, but they're still a presence. Give the sporty girls something that resonates with them without telling they're probably the opposite sex, etc. That would be really refreshing right now.
