Hi there, I have a large bag of sand I bought a few years back. I bought it to put under the tires of the car when it is icy here in North America. I don't know that it is clean. Could I bake the Sand at 500 degrees for a couple of hours to make sure there isn't anything funky in there?

Hello I am big fan of barley. Instead of sand we use regular table white salt and bake the whole barley as shown. Then sieve it and grind for Sattu mix. Hope this was helpful. Enjoy your barley Sattu.
