Batman: Arkham Origins is an action-adventure video game developed by Warner Bros Game Montreal and released by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and Wii U, and PC (Microsoft Windows). The game is the third entry in the popular Batman Arkham mythos and a will serve as a prequel to the two previous games in the series, Batman: Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City.
About five to seven years before the events of Arkham Asylum Batman is on the verge of completing his second year of crime fighting and for the most part is use to fighting those who are weaker and slower then him. That all changes on Christmas eye when Black Mask puts a 50 000 dollar and one night deadline bounty on the Batman's head. The bounty has drawn the attention of eight of the best contract killers in the world whom one by one Batman has to defeat while at the same time dealing with the enigmatic Anarky, the crazed clown like villain The Joker, and earn the trust of Police Captain James Gordon.
Batman learns of a breakout at Blackgate Prison being led by Black Mask who has also taken Commissioner Gillian B. Loeb hostage. Arriving at the Prison Batman discovers a ferocious humanoid Crocodile like creature calling himself Killer Croc aiding Black Mask. Tracking Black Mask and Loeb to the execution chamber Black Mask states that he's starting a clean slate, of which Loeb is not a part of. Simultaneously releasing Calendar Man and killing Loeb in his place Black Mask makes his escape while Killer Croc fights Batman. Defeating Croc Batman threatens to throw him off a cliff while Croc mockingly explains that Black Mask has set up a contest of sorts inviting 8 of the world's top assassins to kill Batman in one night for a 50 000 dollar bounty.
Escaping the GCPD as they retake the prison Batman goes back to the Batcave to analyze the data from a drone he found in the prison and learns that including Croc there are a total of 8 assassins trying to kill Batman:
The veteran mercenary Deathstroke.
The unrivaled marksman Deadshot.
The Spanish super soldier Bane.
The unstable pyromaniac Firefly.
The Tazer gauntlet armed Electrocutioner.
The unmatched Lady Shiva.
And the mysterious Copperhead. - เกม

god, the boss battles in Arkham Origins are way better then in Arkham Knight
Arkham knight has no bosses . Just in the main story and other villains like riddler and croc. All the other villains just look away and get knocked out.

I have origins, and Knight I like free roam in Knight more but I like the boss fights in orgins way more
@@Titanoooo KNight is better than origins in graphics and combat wise but when it comes to boss battles I’m sorry to say Origins is better

This is perhaps Firefly’s most accurate incarnation outside the comics. In most cartoons, he’s just an arsonist with a jet pack. Of course those versions had to be toned down because most people would be uncomfortable with a pyromaniac on a kids’ show. Pyromaniacs are terrifying already, but for one to be equipped with a jet pack and flamethrower as opposed to a lighter and a can of gas is disturbing. This a guy who literally wants to watch the world burn.

The first time I played this boss, when I grappled up to the broken part of the bridge, he popped up behind me, yelled "JUICY!", and killed me.

75% of this fight is Btman: "GET OVER/DOWN HERE!"
As opposed to 100% of Bane's fights being "I'M BASICALLY LIKE FIGHTING A TRAIN SO GET OUT OF MY WAY CHOO CHOO!!!!" ?
I'll take this fight any day. Way more enjoyable gameplay wise. Not to mention a villain with an entertaining personality. At least it isn't an arena fight with *surprise* MORE THUGS. Unless you mean the fight right after that which is a barebones rehash of the amazing fight against Mr. Freeze in Arkham City.
Or did you mean the fight in the Royal hotel with Bane that you're meant to lose?
Pick any one of the THREE DIFFERENT GODDAMN TIMES YOU HAVE TO FIGHT BORING ASS, OVER USED BANE.... yeah sorry but this was a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of the boss battles in this game with the exception of Copperhead.

Solid fight, don’t get me wrong, but nothing could beat the fast paced, well choreographed action that was Deathstroke’s boss fight

Love how they made firefly an actual threat in the game. He was more of a problem than Deadshot, Shiva and Deathstroke.
I always liked the idea of this boss and felt he didn't get enough attention. He flies like a bad ass, has some crazy eccentricities, and is like a metaphor for bats catching insects. But really I probably liked his appearance in this game cause he made an impression in the old NES game because everyone played that game enough to see him even if few actually beat the game.

I was getting so pissed off at one point. I grappled to that broken edge and tried everything except turning around and walking that damn pipe to the bridge. I kept cussing at Firefly, and Batman and myself. "Damn it girl!!!! Figure this shit out!!!" I died about 14 times before I decided to look up a walkthrough. I always feel a little shame in myself for not being able to work it out on my own........

when i first played this boss i used the concussions detonator because i played this game with no hints and it worked and is my preferred way of playing this boss, usually concussion detonator and batclaw only lol

this Incarnation of Firefly should be made into a Lego Minifigure, I love this Boss Battle, it was so entertaining and thrilling, I wish Firefly was Playable, Firefly should appear in a Batman Live Action Movie in the future and I think he would've made a Good Horror Movie Villain (he's like The Miner Killer from My Bloody Valentine (1981 Film & 2009 Remake) but with a Flamethrower
Robert Pattinson’s playing Batman and the trailer already happened and then Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton are casted to play Batman again in The Flash📸Movie, just because one☝🏼of them is the main DCEU Batman which is Ben Affleck, those are messed up which is a feeling I have.

That’s because most of the Villains are not actually boss fights for example. two-face is taken down like any other enemies in the game

Except the villain Firefly existed way before The Fury ever did. He was a jet-pack having pyromaniac first. Not that The Fury isn't a great character for different reasons. I love MGS3.

I’m going to be honest, this is one of my least favorite boss fights in the whole series(I haven’t played Arkham knight yet) It was the weakest in Arkham origins for sure, still better than a few of the boss fights in asylum(for example the poison ivy boss fight was stupid imo, it was boring and easy) also better than when you fight the big goons and are treated like boss fights in the first game. I know this is a popular boss fight and I do love the part when you run from his flamethrower bc of the change of pace from most boss fights, but overall for me it was weak

This is one of the most poorly made boss battles I have ever seen. The only one I have seen that was even worse is one of the boss battles in Lost Planet 3.
