Such a great camping spot in the Scenic Rim and having a fun waterfall so close made it even better. Definitely be going back to check out more of the area and maybe climb Mount Barney!

Very peaceful and relaxing spot - am so glad you missed the reported busy crowds and their noise. Loved hearing the flowing water and the busy willy wagtails instead👌😊

Thanks. A few people arrived while we were there, but they were pretty low key. We had read some reviews about the crowds, guess we were lucky. If you go mid week it should be fine.

Thank you for bringing a piece of paradise & calm into this hectic corner of my world. Your camping spot looked tranquil. 💚 Sounded like happy hour for the birds - loved hearing them! The sound of running water...so peaceful. Looked like the water was a nice temperature too! Great spot for a swim. 💙
The food looked yummy too. 😉
Thanks again! Take care & looking forward to next time.
Ps... almost 1000 subscribers - so excited for you both!!❤

Thanks so much, we made 1000 overnight. Glad we could bring you some relaxation-that's what we're trying to do, we're happy it's working. It was a great spot and a fun little swimming hole, thankful we had it to ourselves. We really appreciate the comments and support.

It's a great spot. Your very lucky to get it by yourselves. A lot of the time you can find yourself sharing the site you paid for with random campers and other inconsiderate residents. Great video anyways 👌

Was a lovely place. A few people did arrive overnight and pushed in, others were camping in the day use area also. But they weren't noisy. It pays to read reviews, we were lucky though.

South East QLD. But we try to venture afield. We did a trip to WA and SA a few years back before we were making the videos. We'd love to get back.

We camped at tractor beach when we were down that way. Had a rooftop tent back then. Will definitely go again.

HOW DID YOU BOOK LOOKED EVERYWHERE (Council has apparently closed them years ago.)

It's through the lake moogerah caravan park now. It's a bit pricey compared to when it was run by council.

It's called Waterfall Creek near MountBarney. You go to the campground and follow the creek up to the waterhole.
