- In today's video we are looking at the best aging animations in dbz dokkan battle.
This consists of units who have released in the last 2.5 years and on (so 7th anni units and before). We take a look at what units have animations that are still amazing today.

Agl metal cooler is really underestimated in terms of impact on the game
He was the first unit to introduce these next level of animations

The fact that AGL Meta Cooler and STR Cooler were both incredibly well animated and still hold up, I think the animation staff really like the cooler movies.

I think the 2019 300 Million Global DL Celebration AGL Gohan and Int Cell also had good animations that, while maybe not aging quite as well, still aged very well. The 2020 WWDC Vegito and Buutenks were also good, with the Vegito seeming very smooth.
this may be a hot take but I personally think they cooked more on Str gogeta’s ssjb animations than the phy ones

That's because the OG was almost exclusively filled with Shida, Hayashi and Umakoshi cuts and just one CG one for the blue form's 12 ki which is brief, so it doesn't look so bad, while his transformation seems like a mix the CG and the transformation into Super Saiyan (Handled again by Shida, the GOAT)
No they’re just plain out better than Phys Gogeta. The only real good one for Phys Gogeta is his transformed 12 ki
That AGL FP Frieza is my all time favorite lr. It really sucks that both him and Goku don’t have the best kit. They lacked so much. I can see them both having godly ezas. Give my goat Frieza some respect

I still remember waking up one morning, having to stay in bed after getting surgery on my ankle a day or two prior.
But I opened up Reddit and saw STR Cooler's kit details and animations, and I still remember how hype & happy I was. Such an awesome release. That Final Form super is still my all-time fav 👍
I love those Cooler's animations. I am sure it helped with the recovery😤

Teq Vb’s animations look miles worse than Str Gogeta’s, It’s very noticeable as Gogeta’s animations are very smoothly animated while Vb has that old dokkan style where they cut to different models which makes them less smooth for most of his attacks, though it’s alot less noticeable for him

Plus Gogeta was adapted from a movie while Vegito was taken from the Z and Super Anime, it wasn't really helping Vegito that the scenes they could translate for him just looked worse by default and/or were 20/30 years old.
@@jonolivier9126 it's not about the age, but the material. One is a movie, the other is a weekly anime series. Considered what they had, i say Teq VB was pretty darned good.

Everyone forget about teq gofrieza which for me was the first step toward modern animation when you compare it against whatever there was before you will see how huge the difference is

a unit with good animation is when their attack impact the enviroment around them like dokkan fest agl Frieza active destroying a planet (and with good music too)

Okay, now where is STR namek Goku. The predecessor to the int one and the first units to continue the the trend of great animations since metal cooler started things (cuz for me GoFrieza was the glorious finale of the old animation style)

The god bros aged gracefully even with their kit. Stacked with them as a slot two all the way until broly in the red zone boss rush. 1 million defence when transformed with the help of a double gammas buff. 1.5 post gamma 1 super, 3 mil with thr ultra, 3,75 mil with the additional and the boys dodge Broly's super like they wouldn't have taken double digits. They also dealt the finishing blow with a beautiful 19 mil guaranteed crit. If they are usable now, then these EZAs better be busted, Omatsu

It’s an opinion video, but not having LR Agl SSJ Gohan (cell saga) here is criminal. One of the only dokkan unit that gave me a physical reaction using them, the other unit being LR Str GT Goku and Vegeta (the active skill ko screen makes me tear up every time 😢). Great list though, had no clue how parallel the Namek LR units were to each other!
LR GT Duo, is way too new to be on here, but Gohan can be considered for sure

In my opinion Namek Goku and Frieza set the bar incredibly hard just because they had a K.O. screen on the 12, 24 AND active and I thought that was gonna be a thing in the next releases but no other character has ever done that since them (can't believe Cell Max or Gammas Standby don't have a K.O. screen).

I honestly think mui and ssbe look FAR better in Dokkan than in the anime. The reason is that both of them got some added linework to make them stand out so much more from the obstructive auras.

in term of new character 7th anniversary is really the best of the best like these two duos are so insane they are both top 1 in my heart none of the 9th are as good maybe gammas can even compare in term of style
