This is the Stella Plan built by Whiskey Barrel Homes. They can build anywhere in the Texas Hill County are. As of July 2023, they average around $250 per SqFt to build. That of course can change depending on lot topography, driveway length, upgrades and such.

This house is really pretty and functional. I like the door to the laundry bc I prefer convenience. I wish it was like a pocket door instead of opening into the closet.

Lovely home! The builder has incorporated some very nice design elements in what looks like a comfortable floor plan. The door from the primary bedroom closet to the laundry room is a big plus for me. This is another good video.
