Sorry to hear that, and I could relate it so well recalling all my failed attempts 😢 There may be quite a few reasons, I think the most important reason may be that the whipping cream is too warm. The fat has become ineffective as a stabiliser. Make sure the cream is cold, and you may also try to chill your beater and bowl in the freezer before beating. While beating, let the cream sit on top of a bowl of ice water for best results. Hope it helps!
@@boldbear89 yeaa i did try chill my bowl and beater inside the freezer before i whip and put it on top of the ice bowl like u do but still couldn’t whip :( do i hav to like refrigerate the whipping cream that i bought from store one day before using it even when i bought it’s ard chill in the supermarket’s refrigerator?
Ohh yes normally when I bring the whipping cream back from the supermarket, I store it in the refrigerator (not freezer) and only take it out from the fridge the moment i want to beat it. You may also consider turning on the air cond, that’s what I normally do as the weather here is very hot :)

Hey Natalie! You could substitute corn oil with olive oil, just beware of olive oil's distinct flavour which might affect the flavor of the cake
