I love this interview. It is amazing how abusive behaviors are broken down. From observation, abusive behavior seeks for an an environment that will allow it to grow. Sometimes, it looks for dark places to grow, like a mushroom or carrots grow underground, but they do grow. With or without other people seeing the results until they are fully grown. Other times, these behaviors may be allowed to grow in an open environment, such as how "racism in the South" was able to flourish openly, at times in history. It is the same abusive spirit, although, it may have an excuse to thrive. All in all, it is a predatory spirit, so many times, the abuser, and the abused are subjects to it.

This message is so profound! I love how you break it down to where you cannot deny your own deliverance which is a deterrent to your divine purpose! Thank you ladies for your transparency😘😘😘

Beautiful book cover and great discussion w/ 2 beautiful ladies. There's no such thing as a perfect person. Everyone has baggage, traumas and faults. You want someone who is willing to heal their past pain and work on themselves to be a better person as well as support you in your growth. The Prince Charming & Princess programming that kids undergo is misleading and not realistic.

If babies recognize shouting as not norm then adults know what abuse and abnormal is.

Enjoy watching this!! It ain't never good to get in relationships too "quick", Never! You have to take your time and slow things down, and learn each other, especially "these days." Peoples mindsets r way too different today.... I'm still Single & Happy, me-myself!

You lose yourself in bondage. Once out, don't go back. If you do, then you choose him over God. God does not want His children in situations of suffering, pain, sacrificing your self. Turmoil! There is an explanation to help those in need to think things through.

Why is it that black Americans are always saying that blacks do not go for counseling? How do you know what other people do? You cannot speak for others. Christ! Speak for yourself, not others.

She's right, some "studs" learn the game and mistreat women too. I had a friend who did that. Nobody deserves to be hurt, but from a Christian perspective, if you're in a same sex relationship, you are not in God's will anyway. So, if you are truly following and seeking Christ and find yourself trying to live a gay lifestyle, it won't work anyway, even if the issue is not abuse. We want to live by God's word. In regard to the heterosexual relationships, if you are seeking God's will, you have to listen to His voice. He will tell you who not to engage with. Unfortunately, sometimes we override what God is saying, and that's always dangerous. I've been there; not to the extent of abuse, but God was clearly saying no.
