@@MzCarterOG Why does doing braids, locs, extensions, etc. literally end up hurting muscles I didn't even know I had every time? I'm on my couch or in my bed for 24 hours after doing one head and I have 3 under my roof that constantly need me to be doing something with their hair. I'm about ready to invest in a salon chair so I'm not dying while they also complain that their rear ends hurt from sitting on the floor for hours. I'm just the type of person who knows that standing the whole time will cause a whole new set of muscles to hurt. Damned if I do, damned if I don't. 👹

Use hair glue to seal your ends and roll it btwn your palms.

Nail glue helps to when it separates after having them for a minute

If u dip them they won't be stiff also it locs/seals the hair an to prevent beading on ur shirts at the ends instead of burning them use track glue I watched u 1st an added a few things ty so much for I couldn't have done it without you 🖤
