I love how at times "Sunday Morning" pays tribute to the late Charles Kuralt, with these sort of "On The Road" segments. Regarding these uncertain times, we don't get too much of that, now.
May God continue to bless Bill Geist and his family along with all of the wonderful producers who helped put together all of his segments. The absolute best!
A wine or a beer on the side of the road? I remember when you could drink and drive as long as you weren't impaired. LOL Remember those days? I love him having a beverage and frozen dinners and reading a "gossip" magazine. Watching whatever you please on the TV. Looks good to me! And wake up close to your coffee!!
I thought it looked like a rerun. Oh I see it was done in may 5th of 2002. It's nice to see such things. Our grandchildren will ask, "Why are they not wearing a face mask?' I don't think with things as they are, we will never stop wearing them. Not in the near future. At least 3 years from now.
I don’t know, tell us what you really think about RV’s - is the trashy magazine that you’re reading any indication of what you really think and feel ....? Charles Kuralt would have never disrespected the people in any of his pieces.
They still have those old style gas pump in good ol' Indiana... I'd love to try touring Indiana in an RV... but what will they say someone like me? ooohh a Filipina in one of their stops... guess there won't be any problem... cheers
CBS Sunday Morning The commercials on here are SO FUKN LOUD!!!! 3 times louder than the content. I stopped watching at 4:54. That sucks. Please do something about commercials that SCREAM.
I know, right! And it was wrong! Odd. I actually stopped it and did the math based on the numbers on the pump, then looked it up on Google for average U.S. gas prices in 2002. It was actually $1.35 / gallon, not $3.79.
Capitalist US has the fastest/biggest cars; the communist China the fastest/largest trains and the Socialist Germany has free education!! It is no accident!! It's a hard choice, why not all??
I miss you and your adventures, Bill!
Loved the one about renting the chicken coop

They could easily do this during COVID. Socially distanced stories on the road. America needs some good news right now.
I’m about to do something similar to this this coming week. And I’m going to post it here on my own personal TH-cam channel to enjoy.
Hoosiers are awesome!
"women love my big RV"... 😂
Best tiny home on the move 😀😍
Oh how I wish we had this in the Caribbean 🇹🇹 to spend long weekends on the beach.
Miss him every Sunday
Wish they would replay the summer he traveled with his kids. Billy Geist is all grown up now. 🤣
"Home is where you park it." I miss my little Toyota. Time to hit the road and check out that RV museum. See you there.

My daughter lives in Elkhart!!💙
Another one of these quaint, marginal characters crowding the Sunday Morning Show. What a bunch of eccentrics and Oddities.

So that is what RV'ing is all about: going from one Walmart parking lot to another. Boring!
