Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta explains the coaching methods on show in new documentary | BBC Sport - กีฬา
He finds answers to every question. He answers questions in a way that leaves you satisfied without generating other questions from his answers. I love Mikel and I wish him big successes this season.
You're quite spot on in your observations, you're gonna have a beautiful life definitely.
@@samuelolusola8978 amen!!!!!!
Reminds me of Papa Wengz
@@samuelolusola8978 are you both being legit?
The guy has come across terribly, but just like the way serial killers are able to dupe people… Arteta has Ted bundied you both… both think he’s a special guy. Hahahah. Fml. Those drawings. I’m never ever gonna forget those drawings.
Thank you Mikel.
This Arsenal team is the most unified Arsenal team in ages. Arteta has made that happen. Whatever some people may think of some of these methods, they've evidently worked. This is a proper "team" instead of a collection of individuals like has been the case at Arsenal in recent years.
Exactly! And anyone that looked to threaten hat team spirit has been shown the door by Arteta (eg Aubameyang).
I was looking into the profile of players Arteta and Edu recruit for the club and I was impressed.
They're building a young core of ambitious players with a winning mentality.
All this summer recruits won at least a trophy last season or the previous one.
Saliba already being in the Arsenal books won an individual award in France.
This is how you build a winning mentality.
You have to respect his innovation and the fact he’s at least trying new things. May come across as naive but he’s clearly learning and gaining experience every day
Arteta is his own man... I sure pep didn't coach the same way he did... Give the man his credits
Pep is more of : "based on Cruyff style and adapt from there".
While Arteta is more like "Learn from the best and make it my own". Also, Arteta is influenced more by premier league than La Liga. But him being a La Masia graduate also have an influence in his tactical philosophy.
Until now we still could see you have a big heart Arteta. For the club. Thank you.
Arteta My manager
you are a legend already
There’s no ONE way of coaching.. Keep trying new things until you find what works, it’s like life. Keep working on the boys Milel.. let’s have a great season gooners
and what works this season might not work next season.
that's why you also see manager like Pep and Mourinho keep changing their tactic every season, but without deviating from their philosophy.
I remember that match Arsenal was all over Liverpool in the first half... What was just missing is the goal... It would have been a different score if we had scored in the first half
Most ppl dont remember that...cos they dont understand football
@Walk Like Jesus Yeah man that City game, we out city'd city in the first half
brilliant manager, it's ofc going to take time for him to be on top, but I believe he's capable of doing so.
its easy to mock a result just by the scoreline(4-0) .... Arsenal started the game well so well it drove Klopp mad but goals change games and Liverppol were the better team after that.
red cards change games too
Not last season but earlier on it was literally liVARpool
Tavares unfortunately made a serious mistake, which given the fixture and the pressure is understandable. But at 1-0 the game was definitely not gone for Arsenal. Once Jota scored the second the game was over.
@@claudiokilgannon9780 I think Tavares could not shake off that mistake for the rest of the season even though fans cut him the slack.
How Arsenal lost against Liverpool is the fight between arteta and klopp. That made the fan even to go louder.
My manager ❤❤❤
Brilliant manager
Love Mikel.
Our boss ❤️
I know he just said for the sake answer we were beaten that playing Liverpool song didn’t work but I believe it will benefit them for years to come. In due time they will make that stadium their home. Because they conditioned themselves to it. Changing their aura
This guy is a master mind in football
Mikel ♥️
Whether his tactics work or not is one thing but the man is a clear and decisive thinker. His mind is made up and that is what i like about him
Mikel uses peps defensive and midfield tactics, high press and small tricky passages of play by overloading the midfield but his attack is so direct and fluid like Wenger's. Ngl since preseason began this team has been playing some beautiful football, that's all I want alongside being a titan of a side again.
My son wants to be a pro footballer when he’s older, please take a minute to have a look 💯⚽️🙌
At the end it didn't work, we were beating. Arteta is just a very honest person, God give you luck in your coaching career
Wtf? Didn't make sense
Arteta has the key to build a very strong unified team spirit.
There's not much more you can do as a manager aside from tactics ...the rest is down to the players
He is a highly intelligent man that wants to perfect his profession in any aspect he can.
what's important is that the players are united under a common goal, and that is for the team/club/manager/whatever reason they have. The rest are tactical and luck... (as they said, its 99% hard work and 1% luck). Without the luck, it won't be 100%.
@@HenSt-gz7qj agreed ..I'm optimistic.
My girlfriend hates football but is obsessed with him I am an arsenal fan and she fancies arteta like you wouldn’t believe 😂
Dude my girlfriend too
How can you be a football fan never mind a arsenal fan and not be excited with such a genius as your manager? It's OK to joke about stuff but also be realistic 👍
ENERGY is Mikel's favorite word!
Atleast he's beaten both Liverpool and City to win a trophy. Time will tell, but club environment is strongest it's been since Arsene.
Pep has created a monster that will eventually take him down. What a movie!
I genuinely think these will be the best of them after lfc and city and fulham will be fine in premeir laegue easy
That’s my manager🥲
He’s a smart as well as gifted manager Arteta.
Am confident with our new signings including Jesus and Zinchenko can both stop their old club Man City and Liverpool this season.
Arteta refuses losing and he will make sure we win.
The pre and post -match pep talks are interesting…. That’s all I will say
I think what will be evident in Arsenal's All or Nothing is different Arteta is from Guardiola. People will see that Arteta is his own man.
Who’s that posho interviewing him
Arteta have you seen The youngest Striker of Ethiopia Abubeker Nassir?
He’s not the coach that complain much when losing like klopp
Explaino, we get it british media, your in love with Arteta.
Technically great but would you run into a fire for him?
See you at your true love Everton in January.
Pipe down bbc
Cheap copy of Guardiola
This guy is a proper David Brent
Why
David Brent is respected by no one, has no self awareness and he tries to be funny but fails, just like you. Nice try though, kid.
No, he's a proper Mikel Arteta.
Still holds one of the worst seasons in AFC history. 8th and 8th then 5th, last chance this season.
Not even the worst in Arsenal's premier league history 9293 I think we were 10th and 94.95 I think we were 12th.
@@tonybaldwin9314 Your not getting the point 8th 8th 5th in a row has never happened before.
Worse has happened before look at the late '70s early '80s look at the late 50s early 60s check out the 20s and 30s know the history of the club I know aw spoiled us for a long time but when Emery left we were in 13th when archetta took over we were in 11th
Also on points since he took over we're sixth with the crap Squad we had that's a pretty good job
First 8th was entirely Emery. Was 14th when he took over.
Still finished 5th and trashed by Tottenham. People praising style over substance and results. Pathetic.
Continue morning with ur jealousy
