Fun fact, this is how I originally planned to do 'Day 8'... having it be one big (maybe not as big) episode. However, I thought having Imajin in it would make no sense to newcomers, so I decided to do a two-parter, one part for newbies that works as a standalone episode, and one that truly follows the original SMB2 episodes. And then I decided to make it a three-parter when part 2 was taking far too long!

Haha nope, this is the finale, I might do more of Luigi's spinoff showing what he was up to but the Toad/Mushroomin story is left up to anyone 🙂

imajin meeting back up with his family and girlfriend and the end was genuinely so touching, he's been through a lot in this series.

ok heres all the differences i could find
day 8 instead of 1 in the intro
the onion now has its tractor beam
in part 1 the winged and rock pikmin now have unique death noises
the destroyed fortresses background in part 1 now looks like part 2s
the pikmin now have ghosts in the airship part
the red pikmin doesn't dissapear anymore
the yellow pikmin dies instead of the blue
there are now clouds in the sky near the end
the clown car's propeller has been fixed
imajins family's sprites are altered

Well spotted, I'm surprised you noticed so many 🤣 the only main one you missed was the Pikmin death toll was 39 instead of the original 38, I made a doozy in the original. Thank you, and thanks for the heads up with the blu/yellow haha!

There is a difference here. In the normal video, instead of the blue pikmin jumping to save it's life and the yellow pikmin dying, the yellow pikmin jumped and the blue pikmin died
Haha there was, in the original the blue is killed, but in the next scene the blue is fine and the yellow isn't there, so blue dying was a goof

Honestly, Amazing series HLG, very memorable one from back in the day, nice to still see it kicking around. It was funny, sad, and just an awesome series! Although I've never played Pikman before, I will say, it's very intresting
