I love this game. Every stone, every leaf, every non leaf has a purpose. It looks pretty, too. You don't even realize the purpose of those things until you look at something just right and go: "Oh, wait, what is this? This looks odd." And from that point onward you realize just how great this game is.
I love how every player has that one random panel that they get incredibly stuck on, like the second last green dot panel you had. It happens to all of us at one point or another, no matter the complexity of the puzzle. Though I'm sure you know this 3 after your first vid.
I noticed that too when watching other people's videos! It's interesting that each person has some puzzles that just click, and other puzzles that they agonize over 😋
Oh man! I've played through this game 3 times but never tried to 100% it or anything. I've never seen that puzzle behind the castle before! You also found a cool little secret at the very beginning that I've missed, but I won't spoil what that is.
I'm going to do my best to 100% it - but no promises! For starters...I won't know if I got 100% of the game done unless someone tells me I did since this is a no-spoiler playthrough! 😄

The Witness is one of my favourite games. Seeing your excitement and enthusiasm brings me back.
Having now finished the game, I can see why it's one of your favorites! It's as much an experience as a game.

This is pretty much exactly how my first playthrough went too. Got held up at the same places.
