The war scenes are decently good.Specially liked the moment when there is darkness all around and only the arrows by Shree Ram are bright while he shoots them.Also the shloka at 8:42.Its written that Ram was like a three headed mountain to protect his wife when he faces the three headed Trishira .Quiet good moment when he stops the weapon getting thrown at him and removes away from his face 11:35
In VR, at first 14 demons at the order of khara arrive at the hermitage and Ram wins over them quickly as he was extremely fast with the bow and arrows.They get killed in exactly 3 verses.Khara was not there as shown here. Shurpanakha reports the deaths of the 14 demons to khara.He then sends 14,000 rakshas.This is the first major move of demons towards Rama that leads to the ultimate battle at the end of epic.
When Khar’s army started out, many bad omens appeared. First there rained down red water as if blood was falling from the clouds. His horses could not proceed and kept on slipping even though the road was smooth and perfect for riding. A vulture perched on the flagstaff of Khar’s chariot. Animals and birds started crying in the east. Vultures, jackals and eagles also started howling and crying.Jackals, that too female jackals, are always the agents of inauspiciousness in wars.
Rahu also came to swallow the Sun untimely [It was not the day of Amavasya (new moon)] and the day darkened. Wind started blowing fiercely. Fishes hid away in their ponds. Lotus flowers withered. Meteors fell down from the heavens. Fruits and flowers fall from the trees.Even the Prithvi shook.Still he didn't stop.
It is said that all celestial beings came down to watch the war between the two sides.
Rama gets ready with bow and arrows , and then adopted a mask of extreme fury to eliminate all the demons.In Baal kand also ,it's written that he resembles like a fierce fire on anger.He looks enraged like a blazing fire.Valmiki writes that he resembled the furious Rudra with his bow.
This paragraph is for those who believed that Rama never gets angry and is always peaceful

For the 1st time ever,we know here that Rama is ambidextrous .He can use both hands to string the bow to release arrows.He had incredible speed that he looked like a lightening bolt.
The horrible thing is all 14,000 attack him at the same time!He gets injured with the onslaught of weapons but was able to withstand them.He became seriously injured and all his limbs are covered in blood but Valmiki writes that he resembled the blood red sun.He releases 1000s of arrows at 1 time .The entire forest gets covered with chopped heads,flesh and bones.😱

Then it's not completely based on VR.The makers have changed the personality features of the protagonist a lot.His original personality has been tweaked in such a way to make it appealing to the audience .They never realised that his original personality is the reason why actually he is lovable,relatable and worshipppable.That he is just like us
Still the casting they did for Ram is extremely good and for me,the BEST!!
Masala has been added like the previous remakes.
Infact none of the remakes till date from Ramanand Sagar'sRamayan to Shrimad Ramayan stayed true to the original.
The " glamorous " parts like Swayamvar,Ravan attending Swayamvar,the three queens living in harmony,Parshuram show down( in VR, it's timing was different),Urmila sleeping and Lakshman staying awake for 14 years,Lakshman Rekha has never been in VR.

@@Electrochemistry12 It was added later , it isn't the part of the original Valmiki Ramayana, some thinks it's interpolated, and it is not written by Valmiki, so it's up to every individual whether they want to accept Uttar Ramayan or not, but it was added much much later and the in the original VR the shlokas mentioned the way of writing, is different and the Uttar Ramayan shlokas are different it signifies that both are written by different individuals

In 2015, an ancient manuscript of Valmiki Ramayana was found in a Sanskrit library in Kolkata. It is from the 500s C.E., older than all other surviving manuscripts yet discovered. The Uttara Kanda does not appear in it at all. So that is pretty good evidence.
Today's episode that aired on telivision was again mind-blowing, Lakshman ji killed Atikaay , that moment was filled with goosebumps, also the background shlok was ultimate, the walk of Lakshman was again phenomenal also , they properly showed the importance of Vayu dev in this incident as he was the sole reason as why Brahmastra hasn't affected any of the creatures and Atikaay was killed finally , a very well executed episode 🤩

Sujay in today's thumbnail 🏹🏹 , this was one of the best episodes, Shri Ram slayed 14,000 demons single handedly along with Khar and Dushan and was called by the titular name खरदावमसिने slayer of Khara and दूषशांतरिशिरोहंतरे slayer of Dooshan and Trishira also he was called as दण्डकारण्य कर्षना means the one who made Dandaka forest noble and a place to live once again

At 21:22 it was the last time Lanka was enjoying, having good times , as after that due to this evil Shurpankha everything had changed, she never disclosed her evil act, but manipulated Ravana that made him to abduct Devi Sita, Ravana was undoubtedly evil but Shurpankha was the sole reason for his heinous act of Ravana
Yes she cleverly took revenge for killing of her husband. She never shows her true feelings when she hears that Ravana had killed her husband.
She waits for time. So when she comes to know how ShriRam killed many Rakshsas during their vanvas, she entices him knowing fully well both brothers will never accept her. The moment Lakshmana slays her ears and nose, she first tests ShriRam by instigating 14000 rakshas sena
When she becomes doubly sure about the valour of ShriRam she then plays her trump card of infuriating Ravana
This is where Mandodari and Vibhishan try to tell Ravana as they know Shurpanakha and her nature very well. But Ravana doesn't listen as he could never understand the true colors of Shurpanakha. She knew how egoistic Ravana is
So she compels Ravana to kidnap Sita.. Shurpanakha is very well aware that once ShriRam knows where Sita is he will definitely slay the entire Rakshas kul including Ravana and all his relatives.
She took her revenge very well even without anyone knowing that. Only Mandodari and Vibhishan were doubtful about her. But Shurpanakha knew that Ravana won't listen to both of them.
Shurpanakha herself could not take revenge from Ravana as he was very powerful. So she sides with him and waits for an opportunity.
@@madhurimachaganti7018 You are right, Shurpankha was the most wicked one ,but we can't deny the fact that Ravana was a lusty demon he abducted many women, although Shurpankha was the one who made him do Sita haran but Ravana is also wicked , as he was molester and molested many women
