I agree. Nev gets a lot right that many other fishing youtubers don't even consider. Each video has a theme, the footage and audio is great, multiple cam angles that Nev works really well and the editing is on point. It helps that Nev knows how to catch fish and I think the variations in locations is helping a lot as well.
You're on the right track Nev. Keep it up and you'll blow up for sure. Its just a matter of time

Good size perch! epic. They looked s little hybrid couldnt see the jaw properly as your finger was in its mouth. They had more of the greeny colour but they still had that perch bend in the forehead. if its freshwater... it can only be bass.
really loved the show. The perch are often mid and top water... can the drone see them?
EPs imo are best eating fish of all.

Hey. Nev. I'm not 100% sure, but I am pretty sure those were Australian Bass you were catching, not perch. Bass have wider finns on the bottom side, which those fish had, are more green than perch, and have that really dark green mark on the gill plate like the fish you caught did. Awesome work though, no matter what they were, you still slayed them.

Freshwater Perch and Australian Bass are one and the same I believe. Happy to be told off but I looked on ID Fish and the fish you were catching when I searched Perch were listed as Australian Bass with alternate name of Freshwater Perch. Definitely the fish you were on though with that distinctive black line down the side.
