I've never seen an owl in the wild, but I sure heard a screech owl when I was out camping by myself once. That will make the hair on the back of your neck stand up. ;)
About the guy running down the stairs backward... I went back to watch several times thinking 'fake'. I don't think it was. Then, watching again a thought occurred to me. Even running forward on those steps poses the same result of catastrophic injury with simply improved odds of success. All I could do is think "No, that's simply not safe! A World of pain with one misstep!!!

I see Owls all the time here in my village, the good news is Labour are planning to build on all the fields... So that'll be all the Owls dead and me moving home.
Why didn't they do private delivery for stuff like this usually they do it automatically depending what is but yeah usually they ship private which they I forgot how they do it all I know is they do it secretly and not on your porch something

Living in Georgia I saw an owl every early morning walking my dog. It's so common.

I saw an owl for the first time in my life the other day. I was riding my bike at night and saw it sitting on a wire. It was pretty big. Hard to miss.
I had owls in the woody part of my back yard for a while... once they take care of the snake/chipmonk/squirrel population they move on down the road.
