Do you think the Grumman is a good choice for fishing? There is a long stretch of a river I kayak pretty regular. Even many of the creeks are big enough for a canoe and a motor. I don’t plan to hit the dam reservoirs often with boat traffic, but I’m just curious what your thoughts are.
@@Ralphcanoeingadventures cool I appreciate, I’ve been kayak fishing for over 14 years, so I know stable is a relative term. I mostly plan to fish sitting down for sunfish. Just as I’m getting older it’s more difficult to paddle back up river so something like this seems just about perfect. I appreciate your input.

Oh yes! I fish out of mine all the time. It is pretty stable. I even stand up in it. Just be careful. Weight in the front really helps with stability.

@jesserussell1609 I know what you mean. I use it to run up stream and then paddle back down. I am 74. So I understand.
