Colm reads out the email Burns sent to the Kildare champions, and discusses Gallagher's strongly-worded response and what his prospects of returning to management are.

Burns out of line should be sacked

How is Naas different to Corduff in this regard?
Surely Jarlath should have emailed Corduff with his concerns?
Fine if Banty or whoever ignores the request but all clubs should be treated equally.

The kernel of the legal issue here rests on the fact of whether the ordinary person in the community now forms the view that Gallagher character has been tarnished, as a result of the President's intervention, then he has been defamed and he has a case.

I don't think the appointment would be tenable given the likely fall out in the local an national media. Same would apply if there was a similar case in other sports. I can understand Rory's frustration given there was never any court cases on these issues never mind convictions.

Colm Keys sounds like Jarlath Burns’ press agent

instead of sending emails Burns should have researched the concept of innocent until proven guilty. I hope Gallagher sues the shirt off his back.

Why do you think Gallagher was banned from coaching in ulster or he resigned as derry manager?

What have you got in common with Gallagher

He is not barred from coaching in Ulster, he has a coaching role with Corduff based in Monaghan currently. He resigned from Derry job just before the 2023 Ulster final when his ex wife went public with her allegations. The NI Public Prosecution Service twice reviewed PSNI investigaton files in Jan and June 2023 and did not pursue the case. The GAA Disputes Resolution Committee also looked in this and cleared him for coaching. He is as entiltled to go for any GAA coaching job club or county as in the eyes of the law he is as innocent as you or I. IMO was Burns did was 100% wrong.

Why would he sue him? He advised Nass that it would not be in their best interests to hire someone with this stink attached, good advice I’d venture, innocent or not I’d rather have a manager who won’t always be the story in every game we play, plenty more managers out there, and cheaper ones too, I’d assume! 😅
I wonder also would you be as charitable if it was your sister involved in the “alleged “ incident….hmmmm?

Joe Molloy took the side of Shane Hannon when he verbally assaulted Kellie Harrington. Talks out of both sides of his mouth

Kellie was correct and time has reaffirmed this. She is owed an apology by anyone in media who cast any negative light on her character for giving her opinion.

Asking questions in an interview is not "abuse". The problem was kellie made such an issue of it
