Capstan Hoist for Lifting and Installing Casing in Well Drilling

I made this apparatus for hoisting up the casing and placing it in the borehole. I recently added a capstan winch that also helps pull piping and submersible pumps out of the wells. It has a variable speed motor with a capstan to assist pulling rope up of any length.

Do you have a picture of the straps? I would like to build one for me to use her in South America but I cant figure out the straps. GRACIAS!!
