Zest of half a lemon
130g sugar (2/3 cup)
120g soft butter (1/2 cup)
90g cornstarch (3/4 cup)
180g of flour (1 cup +1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon of baking powder 15g
22cm mold
cook 35-40 minutes at 170C
