Cheers Mark, didn’t mean to sound like such a jerk about people not using the deck crew. Just wanted to set a challenge for ourselves to get parked successfully. Thanks for watching and leaving us a great comment, much appreciated
@@Goststriker awesome Gostriker! Yes Curveball is a great pilot, last night he changed flight sticks that day to a TM Warthog A-10/F-16 stick and base and still flew a magic pass from a blue water break, it’s in the next TRAPZ video.
Progress report on getting me a HOTAS, one of my friends gave me his saitek x45. It’s a bit old and you can’t split throttles but at least it’s a start
Yes just audio triggers (voiced by Curveball). They help identify the different sections of the approach (start/middle/in close). Have found these indispensable for learning final turn timing and LSO directions, and for editing the videos they help sync all the various footage and audio. If you hit centerline at exactly “3/4 mile…” your groove time will be perfect 15-18 seconds.
@@JAR-STINGERS If you ever find yourself short of a cat or two, follow Vipers advice. "Give me a call, I'll fly with you." Glad to see you guys back at it.
@@ryanfitz2214 Yes that did look off to me as well just from watching Growler Jams. He has a great video parking close to the edge - I think it’s called ‘Nervous Taxi’ and it’s a yellow shirt all the way. EDIT - th-cam.com/video/MHqOs7P-DXo/w-d-xo.htmlsi=R28Ly2R5oL4OSlCV
@ Well once I get my rig up and running I may contact you about your next CQ. I love getting my traps in. Only thing is I fly the turkey bird so don't hold it against me lol
the growler jams impression was spot on great 😆
@@johnnyutah411 Kirka is a very talented man.
Super vidéo guys 🌟
Texas flag speed brake extension when parked. Signature move, no big deal.
Hell yeah man, love the patch on your shoulder too
Lookin gorgeous Stingers
Awesome, as usual!!
What a great video! SUBBED!!!!! This is awesome!
Thanks Kev! Subbed right back as used to have a sunburst Gibson Thunderbird bass a while back. Your guitars are beautiful sir!
LOL! TURN THE WHEEL!! 🤣
Ha ha this and the sheepish “I don’t know” when Boscoh asks who said it later cracks me up.
Love this guys, great banter, the skins are awesome, will have to try the revised deck crew out, turned them off because of the bugs

Curveball is really making it look TOO easy. lol
These really get me amped to play some DCS. Probably will do that tonight.

My man Boscoh !
All things considered; he had wings level by the time the ball call came.
Don't worry. We'll all get the mojo back.
@@Arkaine_ hell yeah brother!
Hey Arkaine! Thanks brother!
Man that’s cool.
Thanks!

@@stoogey1 that’s a classic great HOTAS Stoogey! I still use Saiteks Combat Pedals - it’s good solid gear. Enjoy!
OK guy, keep seeing these, are you using a script for paddles?

Only deck crew update they need to fix is having the PC direct the plane in at the end. It should be a yellow shirt all the way until jet is parked.

You guys accept guest pilots to CQ with ya?
@@Jonscizzle yes we do, in a few months this will probably start again, we’re just getting back into the groove ourselves.

@ ha of course not we love the Tomcat (my all time favorite jet)
FDs are good when it comes to parking after landing, not so much for taxiing from a cold start. Issues 95% of the time
Yes that would be frustrating, hopefully the update helps.
LMAO he has some tomcat kills painted on the nose
@@Jonscizzle ha ha thanks Jon yes if you watch episode 2- Danger in Dubai (one of our comedy movies) you’ll see those kills happen! Thanks.
