@@rishabhrox27 Not sure what bank charges are you referring to, however if you are asking about withdrawal charges from ATM, then some bank ATM machine may charge you and some may not.

@@rishabhrox27 The 3%extra bank charges I am talking about is the one while you pay extra at hotels or sometimes in restaurants, for example my bill for hotel is 100 rs but hotel will ask you to pay 103 rs because there bank will charge the hotel 3 rs extra as a bank charge on POS machine.

Does forex cards like GoNiyo work in Vietnam shops and hotels?
Yes it does work in supermarket and also in hotels but hotels sometimes ask for 3% extra bank charges
