I know God led me straight to this video its as if she somehow was able to touch the misery and the torment my mind has been in for years and when she began telling her story I became so excited ! God choose a strong woman of God that seems to have it all together anointed and a woman who possess a firey anointing that probably is hard to contain so when she opens her mouth the fire comes down ! Now do you see my excitement God picked her not just to sing but to stand up for those who are trying to serve God but not doing a very good job at it and are fighting suicidal thoughts fighting Depression, oppression and we are looked at as the least. In the church but like Linda Bowman said those who the devil is hard after are the ones God is going to use the devil knows it to that's why he is dead after them So as I sat their listening and slowely and lightly I felt God presence around me as if confirming that this was his handy work and I want you to know I hear you I know exactly what your going thru and your not alone nor are you Trash a mix up your mine and I have a plan just hold on a little longer . I then had a revelation about the potter and the clay some pieces are picked out from all the rest because the clay possess a matter that makes it much stronger than the rest you see some of us have to stay in the fire longer than the rest and Jesus knows just how much heat we can take the other pieces would have shattered , but not this piece it becomes stronger even though sometimes It feels The pressure is to much it can't take the heat and the pressure one more second it knows it's going to break into a thousand pieces but then God steps in showing thru a song or a testimony or thru preaching he finds a way to reach you so you know that its him like a gentle wind that brushes your wet cheecks from crying as if he is wiping your tears away . And for those that are wondering why is this such a miracle to this girl we all feel the lords presence , but my friend you better not take advantage of being able to feel and talk to the lord and feel his peace wrap around you cradling you in his warm and loving embrace because their is a place or perhaps a time that some have faced had to go through a desert where gods presence cant be felt you can cry out night and day but you wont feel him anywhere and this nightmare can last for as long as God chooses this is a time you have got to rely on blind faith and the bible trust me you don't want to go through this. This is why I begin crying and laughing I was acting like a nut but I've been living in the desert for a long time So when the tears begin their was no stopping them I was ready to jump for joy and scream I felt God ! I was overcome with amazement for the past month when I decided I was coming off methadone and other drugs cold turkey and was going to come back to God the nightmare began I would pray but just couldn't touch him of all times to stick me in the desert going through withdrawls alone sick no one to ease my suffering but I continue to fight that's why I am so excited I finally felt God and I didn't know it but he was waiting for the right moment to lead me to Linda Bowmas Testimony actually a little earlier I was praying that same prayer help me God show me I'm not alone give me a sign that you even hear me I was angry and beginning to have thoughts of cutting my self so instead I got on u tube and begin to listen to Tommy Bates and Linda singing because sometimes that sooths that raging beast inside me that constantly torments me with thoughts of cutting my self getting high or taking my life anyway I seen funeral and had to see what this is all about while listening to her tell her struggle against depression and suicide It struck me like a bolt of lighting God sent me the sign he showed me even people like linda has battles and also he went further than that when Linda said those are bound the worst are going to be used by God the devil is hard after those that Gods going to use It helped me to hold on a little longer dont give up hold on and you will be free from the tormenting thoughts of feeling depressed and hopeless unwanted, unloved , useless a know good drug addict . Anyhow I wanted to share with Linda Bowman just how much her testimony touches and saves lives wish I could get this to her well anyway I'm not out of the woods yet but I finally got a breather and a drink of heavenly water please keep me in your prayers.
Glad you're serving the Lord but I'm thinking maybe you meant to comment on a different video because you mentioned someone named Linda Bowman and nobody in the video is named that. Plus you said a woman gave her testimony and there was only one person testifying here and it was a man. But nonetheless keep serving the Lord faithfully. He's worthy
I'm not a big fan of the genre, but I'm a huge Linda Gibson fan. There aren't many singers who can squeeze every ounce of emotion out of every note. I haven't heard that much passion since Janis Joplin.
