Why do people think that just because supports can heal that that is their only job? Its not. Mercy should damage boost ana should anti/sleep. We have things in our kits that make us more then healers. Thats why were "supports" not "healers"

I've had way too many terrible teammates (mainly dps) who avoid targeting pharah as if she's not an issue. "Kill the enemy that is focusing your support so your support can heal," why is that so difficult to understand for them? And being matched with a group is terrible sometimes. They'll just agree and defend each other even when their group member is wrong.

The Pharah player switched to Tracer only to taunt me when I was Tracer stating “You ain’t got no power”. I was like what have you’ve been smoking. It seems he insulted a friendly Echo player during a random casual match when she stated “Ah the same Pharah player who flamed me for the lack of damage”. This was in a random Friendly No Kill lobby.
I stand with you for the Mercy clip, it wasn’t your fault you were doing the best you could Ram was always feeding and you needed to heal the toxic Ashe.

ana can do alot of damage to a pharah if for one she isnt pocketed by a support or two your able to hit all your shots , idc if ana could two tap every hero in the game she is a SUPPORT HERO , meaning that she SUPPORTS YOU ! her kit is not even close to being as useful as a dps and is specifically made for her to be a ranged backliner most of the time . 8 years into the game and people still want support players to do everything else instead of what their role requires lmao .
Tf none of what they say made any sense, Ana is a hit scan but if she was made to deal good damage she’d be a dps? And as a support you can’t afford taking any attention off of your health guzzling teammates or they will die near instantly and still blame you

bro was completely within his right to, tho- ana was on ram while he (mercy) was on ashe like yeah, he _could’ve_ healed, if he took bad positioning and left ashe to die to tracer, but that’s just not a good play. he’s basically setting himself, his ram, _and_ his ashe up to die. as a support main, sometimes we have to rely on our other healer to keep someone else up- that’s part of being a team. (assuming that’s the clip you’re talking ab)
sorry but you were in the wrong about the ana thing. good ana can most def handle a pharah. shoot mercy first if she has a pocket its so simple. you giving your reasoning as to why you think you cant do it and then proceeding to miss literally all your shots on her didnt really help your argument
It's so situational though. If your co-support is struggling to keep the team alive, you don't get time to pressure one of the hardest pockets in the game. That's sleep/anti potential you're missing out on for targets directly pushing your space. No space, no room to pressure to begin with. Plus, I also argue that if your team KNOWS the pharah pocket is a problem but instead of pressuring/countering with better DPS, you're part of the problem. Can Ana help with a few shots for pressure? Sure. But if you're banking on a support going full DPS mode and focus 2/5 of the enemy team alone to make up for the lack of DPS priority, that's not the right call.
