- There was a speed test awaiting the players at Ciutat Esportiva today as the first-team maintained their work on the training pitch. The session was also notable for the return of Sergi Roberto who was working on his recovery process from injury.

Yall are brain washed with this myth that once you hit 30 you automatically lose pace which is false af. A lot of players keep and even can get faster at times if the train and eat healthy. Ronaldo is basically old for a footballer and is still as fast in games just not as effectient. I think this is a lost of stamina not speed for older players
