- The Maliboom 2.0 Is a roller!(Well 98%) Wes and I pick it up and bring it home and I share my thoughts and express my gratitude for everyone involved in getting me back on the road to Race Week 2025.
Thank you to everyone that has helped me get this far and I look forward to completing the build. Now my work really starts so we can get her back looking good and going fast. I hope to start shaking it down with enough time to be ready for Mega week in 2025!

Ive seen and built a long travel front ends. I like the way that was done. Pretty cool. He did a great job getting all the parts mounted on the front end. Glad you didnt give up. I just bought a converter from circle D and Dan and i were talking about your situation hoping you were going to get it back.

I had a little input on placement of stuff but for the most part it was 98% Jason. I got a chance to hang out with Dan a bit last year after the accident. He’s super cool and helped Joe from Warr out with a new converter that seems to be working well for him. Let me know how your new converter works out!

I have a learning curve ahead of me. We will be switching to radials and tuning the suspension for that. Car should be much stiffer and hopefully a little lighter now. If we can take some numbers off the 60’ we will have a runner!

Happy thanksgiving. You tank care of yourself man. I appreciate the kindness but get your things in order before you look after others. Watching videos hitting the like button and bell help out on here a lot so I think you for that. Hopefully I can do well at mega week with 2.0 next year!
Looks good bud now you just have to put in all them driveway hours and finish it up..Can't wait to see it making power again. Will you be putting a 6.2 back in it,that motor really made some steam.
Unfortunately we broke the 6.2 block when we hit the wall. I had a back up iron 6.0 that Mahle supplied pistons for and SCAT supplied a rotating assembly for. We will be a standard boar 6.0. The turbo looks to have survived so we will ruin the same VS turbo. The turbo makes the jam so we should be fine for power but it will need more boost is all.

My son named my car when he was 2 because he could not say Malibu correctly. Don't force it. Cars name themselves most of the time.
