The musical refrence is Underworld, a band. And yeah his name is Versace. This stand is pretty weird and from what I gathered might only be able to be used in Florida specifically.
In the manga there was a note saying that Giorno was in Florida at the time but did not gather with them. Think it was an editor note and not even Araki though lol.

@@dashingkevs3295 there’s a fan theory that since Giorno’s life was much better than his half brothers he didn’t feel the same pull from Pucci as the others. Or he just actively avoided it. But that’s not canon anywhere lol
