I have a question.. So, with these specific Merckens super white candy melts, do you have to use an oil-based colorant? The kind of coloring that's used for chocolate, and not the regular gel colorants? Or with this type of candy melt, do you use regular gel colors? 😊

How do you get the chocolate to stay lose for so long, my chocolate start to stiffen fast so I don’t know if I use enough paramount crystals or is it just the process of reheating the chocolate?
