Mango at gulaman is an easy mango dessert popular in Philippines where sliced mango cubes are mixed with mr. gulaman jellies with milk. Mango jelly is extremely delicious in taste and can be used a recipe for business. It is made mostly during summer and is treated as a refreshing summer drink.

Mango and Jelly Drink Ingredients
25 grams unflavored yellow Jelly (Mr. gulaman)
1 cup sugar
1.5 liters of water
2 can(370ml each) carnation evaporated milk
3 ripe mangoes
How to make mango at gulaman
Procedure
Put 25 grams unflavored yellow jelly in a sauce pan
Add sugar
Add water
Turn on the flame in low heat. Stir the mixture constantly.
When the mixture starts boiling, turn off the heat immediately and remove from stove.
Transfer to a glass container let it cool down to set.
Cut into small cubes.
Wash and cut the mangoes.
Slice diagonally, scoop using a spoon.
In a tall pitcher add the mangoes and Jelly
Add 2 cans (370 ml each) carnation evaporated milk.
Stir properly
Note: if you want more sweetness, add condensed milk )
Chill for 2 hours.
Pour in the glass and enjoy.
