Hello.... your videos are really great. For someone who wants to make his first armor stacker , what would you advice ? Scion or chieftain ?(I played poe since 3.20)

another budget option for the prototype build, ventors rings work well for an aditional -50 lightning res

Another helm that can get phys taken as is the temple mods from temole of Atzoatle. Bonus is they come with some resistance and you can use harvest bench to swap the resistance and what element the phys gets converted to
Nice one, started my first armor stacker yesterday, blasting wildwood t16's today feels good, scion with mb and a budget perfect form.
Liking a conductivity on hit ring and awakened lightning pen for exposure. Bleeds and genereraly degens are a bit of a pain, dropped down to a level 20 gem for vaal discipline, helps me a lot anyway.
I have been watching these videos, but not sure I can afford it. You mentioned budget, what is that? How much did you roughly spend and could you share a PoB?

Im not alone in loving these videos. They came right in time i came back recently and havent played since delirium. I was wanting to make an aurastacker to relive the fun i had in that league. Really great timing 😅. Im making mine in standard though.

I got to 1.4m armor last league on jugg using the formless flame on a 30ish div budget. A majority of the cost was a fortify corrupt dreamfeather and the rest of the gear was easily crafted with evasion bases and cheap grace/determination synth bases for the rings. Did level 30 simulacrums with 2.1k health 😂.

I'm thinking of doing armor stacking, but not using Smite and Wrath despite the advantages, and going pure phys with Impale, Lancing Steel of Spraying as a Berserker. I hope to really push Impale, and even using a few Spectres (Perfect Dancing Swords), who will hopefully be talky enough thanks to auras from the armorstacker build as well to not die despite zero investment in minion survivability, so that way i can reach 14 Impale hit (15 if Champion.)
5 base Impale +2 Watcher's Eye + 3 Charms from wildwood +3 or 4 possible from Spectre count depending on gem level = 13 or 14. +1 if you are Champion

One question:
Why are you getting this super expensive "phys damage taken as..."-Mod, since we are stacking armour and our physical damage reduction is at 90% anyway?
It's explained I'm part 3! But tldr, super juiced phys hits can still kill you. Even with 3m+ armour

Awesome guide! I have 1 mirror + 600 divine currently and I own my own mageblood. I'd like to build the chieftain variance, do you think that 5 point voices will be enough? or do I drop original sin?
Hello, just wondering if you have tried splitting steel as a skill ? i've reached 99 on scion it with maybe a 1 mirror budget. i don't use pob but seems like damage is really good. running aegis version with orignial sin with a budget cold uncapped armor only. basically phase all ubers

Is Ashes of the Stars a bad option as amulet?
I mean an extra level to all gems and 20+ qualities (enlightened, auras and attacks) a bad choice???
Is big for the dps boost, but a hit for tankiness.
What do you think?

First time playing armour stacker, and I started with Jugg for a more beginner friendly experience (entirely for the ascendancy) and I'm mostly happy with how the build turned out. The only problems I have are I somehow have like 500k less armour than the POB I'm following even though there's barely like 30 aura effect difference overall and some of my items are actually straight up better, but after I got mageblood and rolled some decent flasks etc. I can finally do all the content I want to do (mainly simulacrum and some elder+shaper guardian maps).
I'm just wondering, do I ever switch over to Scion? Or Chieftain? Or do I just go with Jugg and build around it? I have like 87 or 88 all res thanks to chieftains ascendancy on forbidden flesh/flame jewels and my ele damage mitigation is good enough that I basically never die to ele damage, but my phys max hit is looking absolutely pathetic considering I'm supposed to be a armour stacker. I literally die more to phys hits more than I die to chaos hits and I don't even have capped chaos res... How the hell do I solve my phy mitigation can someone help me with it?
Convert a portion of phys to elemental damage. Ideally, with the element you have the highest resistance too.

Can I start this kind of build with mageblood and like 50 divs and then sink more currency into this build?
These vids are 1005 what i needed for this build, on the low budget side how much am i looking to spend to make this playable?
ive been wondering for a while if its reasonable to get a evasion & armour overcap grasping mail base from identifying them or if i should simply keep farming until i can get a mirrored one, there hasnt been any new bases for days
might look into picking up a evasion overcap + global defences, will have to PoB it when i get the chance

Hey man thanks for the video , i just wanted to ask , I have a MB and 800D and im looking into making a chieftain armour stacker , i think original sin is way to expensive, should i just get a rare ring then spend the currency on the Voices and other gear or spend the money on the oringal sin? You don't really need osin as it only provides damage. Voices or a good body armour give damage and many other things. I think you should first get the core parts first then get luxury items later

I think either ascendant or cheif are the best options atm.
@@Bigdaddytehpwnerereerr Gotcha, I have a twink marauder right now so I might just level him up as a chieftain. The video seems to be catered more towards the ascendant class though right? I dont think Chieftains use ES or run with a shield?
A lot of the items are also used on chief. Also higher end builds all go CI. Using a shield is personal preference I think
@@Bigdaddytehpwnerereerr Gotcha, I'm following your old 3.22 Chieftian PoB for the leveling. Would you say it's still relevant or is there some other PoB I should look into? I play on HC and smite damage doesnt feel great.
If you are on budget would a extra evasion with over capped cold resistance be better than armour for over capped fire resist? Since it get scaled twice by iron reflexes. Why do people all go with armour overapp for the mod
How important is the 14% Non-Curse Aura implicit on the eternal struggle amulet? I found one with 12% and spellblock chance. Those with 14%+ are incredible expensive.
You need it to hit 90% all res. If it's too pricy use jinxed juju for a few chaos
on POB, when I remove original sin from the build, the damage goes from 20M to 100k. Am I doing something wrong or is original sin required in your scion aegis version?
You need to replace void manip to lightning pen or you will do 0 ele dmg lol

Is it possible to do Doryani's with Mahuxotl's Machination to counter the whole dying to lightning DoTs thing? Obviously that locks you out of going CI.
Yea would be a good idea maybe. It's always been a bit too troublesome to do so I never bothered. You also lose your brutal restraint I believe which might cause dex issues and you lose aura effect.
Great video. Is it worth going for the transcendence build if I am only able to afford 5 passives voices? I have the grasping mail, watchers eye and mb, but i'm worried that i won't be able to get enough aura effect with the extra points needed on the voices.
Probably not. In affliction league your probably better off using the aegis version with the armour applies to ele dmg charms

What kind of an armour stacker can i put together with a mb and 600-700d? Can i even start it?
idk why, but i cant mnage to tank ranged attacks, mostly of them are quite lethal, even a normal white delirium monster =/ shall i go transcedence?
looking for eternal struggle: what do you mean with increased aura effect? i cannot find a generic one. do you mean grace aura effect?
Got the grasping mail overcapped fire and global Defence. No open prefix. I do have the funds to lock and annul, but thay would be all my currencies.
I also have nimis.
Is the cheif molten strike viable with those 2 pieces of gear? Of course aegis is cheap and so is repical dreamfeather. I have never made an armour stacker outside of kalandra league with prototype. But I love molten strike and armour stackers seems so freaking strong I just gotta make one. I will keep farming simulacrums for while with that build to build up a good amount of currencies for upgrades.
Is delve better?
I do have the flasks, bottled faith 10% dying sun, and perfect taste of hate. Basalt flask, jade, and silver. 3 charges on hit. Not with attack speed, nor reduced curse effect. I sold those. But I can make more.
If you don't have money now, then annul the prefix later when you do. Molten strike jug works on very little gear I think. Check out what items you would need first and get those imo
Would having all 3 grasping mail prefixes be even better?
Really depends on how much you value a crafted prefix mod. For some variants it is required.
What ways do you mitigate bleed damage apart from Ralakesh Pantheon? It seems to be whats giving me the most issues. For reference, im playing the chieftain variant.
I've never had a problem with bleed and pantheon.
i bought every budget in the build also crafted all items but I swapped voicess w cluster bc nodes not empty in cluster .. but I didn't get high armour yet .. i have 200 k armour also dmg 20k .. is there any thing wrong ? my level 81
How Long will a 100divine budget take me, is it enough to get it going ?
For the prototype version, you can make a pretty decent one. Grasping mail will just feel bad at that level of investment
Why is ES so important on gear? I am wanting to make a jugg armour stacker in HCssf. Is that only for scion variants going CI?
Most endgame builds go CI. Marauder usually goes CI too on a high budget. But for starting off I guess life based is ok. You will need to get chaos res though

so if I wanted a cheaper grasping mail even on Scion I could opt for the overcapped fire res one with global defenses and it would still be ok to use overall?
Yeap. Or even just a single overcap mod works.
But its better to use a cold overcap (even if it doesn't have global defense) if you are going to use aegis.

@@Bigdaddytehpwnerereerr is there a point where too much conversion is bad (not above 100%) I have an aegis currently with phys taken as implicit.. and wondering if it was worth using an aegis if im not capping spell block (nowhere near) or swapping to a dawnbreaker. I am not using transcendance keystone and only one armor applies to ele charm. Wondering if the swap is worth. Since I added the grasping mail, I have pretty much not taken damage with like 21% convert.
if the amulet implicit has lower than 14% aura Effect can i compensate for that with an anoint?
Not really. And you probably will not get culling strike either

amulet, literally nonbuyable, the cheapest one is 300 div
when you have 10 auras, ashes is still really good.
But most auras quality only increases the aura radius. There's a few that don't but still I think it's one of the weaker options atm.

The chieftain variant right now I am playing has about 6.5 million armour.
It’s pretty mini maxed. Played the same build last leauge l,had about 7.5 million armour on the top of that I had access to precise technique due to keystone tattoos. Too bad I cannot have precise tech this leauge,maybe a fix is to swap forbidden jewel for aspect of carnage and maybe get armour applies ele dmg charm on primalist.
Hey such a great video. Can you please explain if you have milions of armour why would you want to take phys dmg as X element? Don't yoy think a million armour is enough to tank everything?
This is impossible to play on ps5. Lol. Prices of everything is like 500% more than pc and I never have more than 10 divine any league.
