I think the two Middie faces do look quite different but it might just be the way they have been painted perhaps? The Aliexpress Middie looks more childlike perhaps because she doesn't have lipstick or eyeliner on. I have a Cute Little Dee Middie too and for me she is also a little rebellious goth girl, although I feel like I neglect her quite a bit because I literally only have the clothes she came in and one other dress that I got from Etsy so might have to get her some more fashion options this year.

I love the Middie (any of) the Blythe Dolls. Aren't those bodies so tiny on the Middies!? ;-) I am glad to hear that you are working on a Flapper. I bought some Middies when they were one sale too, you don't find them on sale very often. I do NOT call them Fakies, I call them 'Ali Blythes'. ;-) I also have other Blythes, a Tomy and a Ashton Blake, those I do not take anywhere either.
