Banks jobs is worst than stressful....i have completed one full round from private banks to PSB to MSC bank ...i can tell you that the way topmanage treats their employees in PSB ...i don't treat my servant that way ....never ever do PSB job
It is performances based, so if you are hard worker you will excel and rewarded. If you are not then you will have trouble. Average performer can survive but not below average can sustain for longer. You dnt hv to worry, you can switch anytime you feel unhappy even before any bank fires you.

Start preparing for sbi and ibps exams. You will be more than satisfied in those jobs along with high salary, multiple allowances and pension facility and most importantly job security and social respect from neighbours and family members. Nobody gives respect to private sector employees.

Opening for such roles are less and sales experience is not considered for credit. You cankeep trying however it may not be easy to get through.

No, targets are monthly and performance assesment is annual. Ofnyou be in bottom 10 or 5 percent durig annual assesment you will face challenges.
