  • Hi everyone, thanks for watching the video! If you have any questions or have any video suggestions, leave a comment below!
    This is my 2023 Ducati Panigale V2. I wanted to take a moment to showcase this stunning design along with some of it's most basic features. This is a brand new bike so I haven't been able to push it much but the 60-odd miles I've done on it have been amazing so far.
    As I get more comfortable with this bike, I will post more videos on it.
    Regarding the front brakes: They are actually 4 piston caliper with dual 320mm discs!
    Till next time!

    I agree 1000% with you on that. This bike is perfect for city driving. I also have a super sport 950 which is a fantastic city bike. Anyone that drives a V4 Panegali in the city is probably crying from the wrist pain the neck pain, and the heat.

    Nice video . I’ve gone for the Bayliss . It’s spring here in the uk and the weather is starting to improve . Upgrades I’ve done so far are Rizoma mirrors and evotech tail tidy. Look forward to seeing more vids from you 👍👌

      I am looking at that Bayless one as well but I'd have to get rid of my R7 60th Anniversary to justify it because I just spent a load of cash on the 2019 Monster 1200 25 Anniversario with only 500 miles on her. 🤘😎🎸🏍

    Connector is the DDA connector (Ducati Diagnostics Adaptor) fine to use this on the V2 and V4 but not many of the earlier bikes which connect this pug to different pins on the ECU which can cook the ECU!
    Mine arrives this week !

      Yeah it's a game changer especially if you have these models. I had no idea going into buying this bike so it was a very pleasant surprise haha.

    Great video kiddo, and you're right no one needs a 200HP Supersport bike on the street 150HP is way more than enough. While I am old school rider from the 80's & 90's and not a fan of rider aids I can appreciate the tech as it can definitely help newer riders and even older riders from having a bad day when the bike tries to bite you. You got a new sub here, I am also in the Denver Metro area. 🤘😎🎸🏍

      I could not agree more :) The V4 is a monster on a track but the V2 really looks like a piece of art they strapped 160hp to lol

    Oh dear BMW M4 Competition Carbon just dumped at per
    Ex by my son after it let him down for the third time leaving him stranded again and BMW ‘Assistance’ didn’t collect the car till 3pm the next day!
    Good luck with yours, you’ll need it!
    Awesome bike however!

    How is it taking off from a start in first gear? I test drove a used 2021 and it seemed to bog down and i had to rev 9,000 rpms to get going. My other bike is a 2023 Ducati Diavel V4 so maybe it just seemed funny. But I think there was something wrong with the Panigale V2.

    I’ve never rode a bike before, but do you think it’s a decent idea if I get this as my first bike? Im 6 foot 1 and I have watched many vids on how to ride a bike. This bike looks incredible.

    • @or2wheels
      @or2wheels  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hmmm…. very subjective but I would say I would pass on the V2. It’s a beautiful bike, absolutely but I think there are much more approachable bikes you can start on. It’s not even the speed that’s scary it’s the fact that you’ve never been on a motorcycle. You gotta learn on something you’re okay with getting a little beat up. I would recommend Yamaha MT-07 or MT-09 if you’re a bigger guy.

    Race mode with DWC off 😅 you will see what this bike can do 👍🏻 DTC on 3 I believe, it’s actually faster then you think lol

    Very cool.
    Does that wonderful dashboard have a fuel gauge by any chance ?

    • @or2wheels
      @or2wheels  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      On a $18,000 dollar bike? No way! 🤣Jokes aside, it does not have a fuel gauge but you can expect about 150 miles of range with mixed driving. It does have a fuel light that comes on when it's running low on fuel.

  • @Runitupfast312
    @Runitupfast312 ปีที่แล้ว

    Might be a dumb question but why do u have to charge the battery and how often do you do it?

    • @or2wheels
      @or2wheels  ปีที่แล้ว

      In the winter when you don’t ride as often, the battery will start to drain. You can take the battery out and charge it but it’s a pain. The easy way is to plug it into a trickle charger under the seat so in the spring you don’t end up with a dead battery and a motorcycle that won’t start. You only have to put it on the trickle charger for long periods of idle.

    Had a 2021 Panigale V2 until a Waste Management garbage truck pulled in front of me and destroyed it. Lawsuit is winning. Agree with everything you said but my white and red one looked much better. I’m getting another one probably newer when all is said and done.

    How the heat? And what’s the highest temperature you ridden on?

    • @or2wheels
      @or2wheels  ปีที่แล้ว

      The bike gets pretty hot, thankfully in Colorado it’s cold right now so it acts like a headed seat 😅 but in the summer, I can already tell you it’s gonna be really hot. The hottest the bike has gotten is 226°f. The fans kick on around 218°f.
