@@prernachaprod5103it is mentioned under section 234 . And yes thanks same question was in my exam. Correct answer is - Foreign LLP can be merged with company as per section 234 of companies act. For the purpose of this section, Foreign company includes Foreign LLP.

Hello. I could not clear my SPOM Law Exam. Got 46
While reading through your video, I saw that i have got almost 70 % same questions as yours.
Eg,
Even i had a question on Effective Cap calculation & then the next mcq was the remuneration.
I remeber the question, I selected 60 Cr and 84 L as remuneration however i am not sure of my ans. Where was the source of the mcqs asked? Do you have any idea? Where did you practice questions from?

Repeated Questions toh you will easily get in my telegram channel but those answers you have either search from chapter or do ask but don't rely on the answers which are not official by ICAI (means jo repeat wali pdf m qn k sath ans bhi die h unpr mat rely krna unko sirf qn k lie refer krna ; jo official mcq site and book m die h bas unke ans refer kr skte ho)

"Remuneration in case of effective capital is 50cr " answer by you is 60 but as I know it should be 84 plz confirm....
