The former one is too good covering all concepts.
Absolutely. The intention of this was to just skim through basic concepts for those who intent to leave the chapter. Consider that as a Regular revision and this as a fast-track revision. Socho, ab revision mein bhi regular aur fasttrack aagaya 😅😅

Hi sir, as per New SPOM Book... In Sec.11 - Penalty for AP - For the days calculation you have not Strike off (After the First) unlike shown in this video... But you have strike off the same in the book in the " Summary of Contravention & Penalties " table (In the very next page) just like shown in the video...
Which one is the correct one .... With Strike off or W/o Strike off ??

Sir, Please clarify this- When any person comes to India for any those three specified purpose, then he is PRII or PROI? Whether to check their more than 182 days residing condition in last year or not to determine their status as PRII or PROI??
No need to check last 182 days if they come for 3 reasons, ie they're PRI even if less than 182

Sir please help me with one query ,in few faculties materials it's given that (criteria of more than 182 days to be taken care first )then sir if a person stays in PY for less than 182 days but comes to India for employment in CY then what will be his residential status in CY ??
He will be a PRI. ICAI is very clear about it now. Check flow chart in ICAI mat.
