Manavlok's Skill In Village Program

Last month, we conducted Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) at all the centers where our Skill in Village (SiV) project is active. For the first time, the children took charge, confidently anchoring the event and showcasing their newfound English communication skills before an audience.
During the event, the children demonstrated their leadership and creativity by creating posters in groups on assigned topics. These activities served as proof of the leadership and creativity skills we aim to build in them through this program.
The parents expressed their delight at witnessing their children shine in this new light. They noted a visible transformation in their children's behavior both at home and in school. Many mentioned that their children now converse confidently in English and have even started to watch and understand English content on TV and phones.
